The entrance smells amazing but not in the hall ways they are set to 80 and it smelled horrible. Plus apparently I broke a mirror they had in the front with the cart they provided for my bags. I been waiting to hear back from them because they called and said they are going to change me. Those carts are hard to turn and are squeaky

The room was clean. The a/c unit worked well but the fan was squeaky. Water pressure was low and consequently the shower was slow. Room lighting was dark. Had problem with the back gate, wouldn’t open using my room card key. We did not use the breakfast buffet as it closed at 0900 and we didn’t get up in time. Staff was very nice and a credit to the hotel.

I stayed here for a high school graduation I was attending in the area. The room was just what I needed I thought. ...but then I tried using the television and had to log in to the wifi and scan a code. I tried doing this and had no luck. I called technically support at the hotel and they got me to the first part but then tried to scan code and was not working so I called technical support again and they told me to call the lobby for help. I called lobby was not able to help me. Besides the TV not working parking really sucks here.
