Great stay, the staff was helpful and welcoming

The foam egg patties and sausage patties were not edible. They do not clean your room until after your stay. We ran out of toilet paper, towels and rags. It wasn't convenient when we had to wait around for these items to be delivered when we're on vacation.

Breakfast was limited and not great. The staff never came to clean our room or replenish consumables in our 5-day stay, despite us asking repeatedly.

Maybe I need to learn that when its a Residency type property people will be living there. Overall thats not a big deal, just be prepared for the noise of young children screaming and rearranging the furniture over your unit. My unit was superficially clean, however the carpet was so filthy that when I'd get in shower I'd leave grey smudges. To be fair i did not complain to front desk. The stickiness in front of elevator was not a priority either. It is a good value if you need a kitchenette. No dishes have your own. Most staff was friendly, initial check in however seemed that my timing was quite the irritation. Which is why I did not approach about dirty room. Food crumbs, stains on carpet, broken jewelry stuck in threads of carpet (shiny metal rings) in several places

Breakfast was good. They had to restock it due to the volume being used. The AC and the heat works amazing. Love the room. I would revisit.
