I asked for 2nd floor room. Instead i got 1st floor facing the pool. Big mistake people were in the pool and it was noisy. I asked to move but no available rooms to move me.

Had a room reserved through the Expedia app. When we arrived a little after 10pm we were told there were no more rooms available…basically they gave our room to someone else that was a walk in. I never received communication from the hotel nor Expedia; I know they used my reservation because I received an email around 8pm saying ‘thanks for checking in’ which I thought was odd. The receptionist told me he was able to find a room at a different hotel for us, which was a 7-8min drive away…we had no choice but to accept since he literally said all rooms were booked and there was nothing else he could do. Mind you we’re tired, I’m pregnant and we know this was the best hotel in the area. All others have low ratings and not in the safest areas. The hotel he chose for us was terrible; the walls were so thin we heard every word from our neighbors and every foot step from the neighbors above. Our sleep was ruined and so was the end of our trip. The room smelled and although customer service was nice it doesn’t make up for such a last minute change and giving our room away. I’ve never experienced anything like this from reserving a room through the app. I’ve traveled both nationwide and international without ever dealing with my reservation being given away. Clearly the only reason I can write a review is because they used my reservation….Best part about it we didn’t have to pay a dime, but I would have rather paid for better sleep and peace of mind.

The staff was nice. There is not enough parking. We had went out for the day and our room didnt get cleaned trash was still left there bathroom didnt get cleaned or anything. When we called down to the front desk they said they only clean the room every 3 days which I find gross.

Location and staff. I loved everything about the hotel.

The breakfast was served supposedly until 9:00 am, but if items ran out (waffles, eggs) by 8:30 or 8:45 they were not available to guests. It seemed a little less than a welcome atmosphere that experienced at other hotels before.

Walls aren't insulated in the slightest. Elevator dings and people walking and talking and the halls made it impossible to get any sleep.

The fitness center was above average. Not the best neighborhood, good food at the Vallartas Mexican grocery store. We will stay here again. Costco with 3 miles. Near by shopping center.
