Very minimal. Like most of the newer hotels these days, or renovations of older ones. The rooms are clean but not very comfortable. No closet, no table even a desk in this case. Breakfast was provided but slim. The staff was very friendly and as helpful as they can be given the hotel's limitations. The room price implies more quality than the hotel provides.

The room was fresh and clean. Good breakfast in the morning. Steph was outstanding. It needs receptacles near the bed if you're traveling and you have equipment that needs to plug in the only plugins are on the wall next to the TV so I might recommend you take an extension cord if you have something you need to plug in by your bedside.

Clean and friendly staff. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Stay on 4th floor ice was on 1st floor then no buckets for the ice. You can hear very thing going on in the room next to you.

Okay room, not bad for the price. Tv in our room wasn’t working so that was a downfall, room has no closet space so it was a little tight.

The complimentary breakfast was a great added bonus and offered a nice start to the day. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that I wish the room had a refrigerator. Other than that, everything met or exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly hotel.

Cleanliness. Polite professional staff. No fridge or microwave available in the rooms. No true closet for hanging cloths. TV remote and TV needs to have a sleep timer.

New hotel, everything was clean. Admittedly I didn't do much research on the difference between an avid and holiday inn. But, I chose the newer avid over essentually the same price for a holiday inn. The "breakfast" if you could call it that was not worth staying in a slightly newer hotel. Breakfast was essentually toast, muffins, yogurt, and some cereal, so I ended up getting breakfast on my way to work so over all picking avid ended up being more expensive than staying at another perfectly ok hotel in town.
