Room had some remodeling. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. The entrances and hallways were not aesthetically appealing and the fire door was very difficult to open. Our T.V. did not work and was not repaired. The air conditioner was very loud. The couch was in poor condition. The hotel was listed on booking.com as a four star hotel, which it is not. I would give it 2 stars, at best. The rate was overpriced for the facility.

Exceptional

Clean room but was stuffy and sofa couch was stained and paper thin. they were meticulous about leaving only 2 sets of towels though we had three people booked for the room, finally conceded. Parking was decent, I was disappointed that advertisement did not disclose that rooms were outside entry point(motel quality with hotel/suite persona). Pool looked good and was open, we didn't get to experience it. Breakfast was ok(two waffle irons and small buffet). Staff there was great!

Close to highway Door did not shut properly. Looked as if someone wedged it open before. Guests on 1st floor decided to work on their truck after 11pm.

the pool was green the pull out couch was broken the gym was a joke I was told there was a treadmill in there there was not on the site said there was jacuzzi tub in the room there was not there was a small tub you can't sit on the toilet and close the bathroom door at the same time the door touches the toilet the TV you have to connect to wifi and sign bunch of online paper every time to use it some lights didn't work

Disappointing

The pool was dirty. The room wasn't very clean. We needed towels and couldn't get any that night because the front desk didn't have access to the laundry room. We were given 3 towels meant for the pool area. There was a dirty rusty razor blade laying outside by the door for days. We didn't even stay our last night. We packed up and drove home that night instead of staying there another night. A complete waste of our money. Our granddaughter wanted to swim in the pool but it wasn't clean and the water smelled bad. It seemed no cleaning agents (chlorine) was even out into the pool. When we saw bugs in the floor of our room we left. The staff was nice but the conditions were awful.

We stay regularly here. The staff is excellent. They’re doing a remodel right now so some are not as updated. Their rooms are clean convenient location and breakfast is good. That’s why we kept staying here

I was close to my family It was a little loud at night

Everything I experienced was good. I wasn't thrilled about the mini fridge. But Everything else was good. Especially the breakfast. While I did request non smoking. I forgot to request handicap. So climbing up the stairs was difficult. As a matter of fact. Climbing the stairs was my only bad experience.
