Air conditioner didn’t work well it wouldn’t stay on, could use better mattresses, several places in the ceilings were coming off, bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

The property looks run down. There was a drone from motorcycles all night. The parking lot in back looks like a crime zone. The TV did not work. Maintenance was not available.

I was looking for inexpensive but still clean, functional and safe. I got inexpensive. I partially got clean - my room was clean, but the elevator was dirty and hallway had visible trash laying on the carpet for my entire stay despite seeing several cleaning folks every day. I partially got functional - all lights worked (although the bathroom lights flickered when first turned on), the shower worked, but the coffee maker did not, the sink was cracked and the A/C never truly cooled my room (on my way out on Sunday, I saw a staff member rolling portable A/C units into the elevator - I can only assume I wasn't the only guest with that issue). As far as safety was concerned, I felt safe while in my room with the door bolted and latched. I felt unsafe coming back to my room after dark both nights - the first night, I had to park around back and a group of people were huddled around the back entry door so I had to walk all the way around the building to the front door (the side door would not unlock despite the lock turning green when I used by keycard); the second night, it was raining and I had park around back again. I tried the side door but the lock would not disengage so I had to walk in the rain around the front again. The location was very convenient - close to the interstate, gas station, many restaurant options, and in close proximity to the things I had planned during my stay. All in all, not a bad stay but I probably won't stay there again.

Room very clean, smelled fresh but not over perfumed. Desk clerks were always wry helpful. I had two different rooms at two different stays. My first room was across from the ice machine and it was quite noisy with people frequently getting ice. The second time I shared a wall with the guest laundry and someone decided to do laundry at 2:00 a.m. and the dryer woke me up and kept me up until done. Perhaps there could be specific hours for the laundry?

Our room was horrible and the staff was not helpful. Our shower/tub was stopped up. They did not send help. Our bathroom sink was cracked. Our toilet became stopped up and they gave us a plunger to unstop it ourselves. The refrigerator stopped working. They claimed that the hotel was full and we couldn’t get another room. We had to ask for towels and wash cloths everyday. Horrible place to stay.

Also, the Expedia website is misleading when it shows "Pets Stay Free" under the "About this Property". To get the facts of the property, you must click on the "See all about this property" link, where it clearly shows that pets are NOT free! I will say that the room was clean and comfortable. They also offered a full breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, and more. Parking was easy, even with our 12' trailer. I would not hesitate to stay at this location in the future.

I didn’t get to check in because of my age but I called Expedia and Expedia tried getting to them twice but never gave me my refund back.

Very teasonable price for a very clean room. It’s a no-frills place but if you basically just need a safe clean bed, this is a deal.

Do not expect much. One think I want to point out that the chair in my room was looking like it was picked up from the trash dumpster. It was extremely dirty and had a broken leg. I could not dare to sit on it. The bathroom door/entrance very narrow that you try really hard to close the door while you enter the bathroom. The beds/shhets were clean and the stay was quiet though. The breakfast was also good

Excellent hot breakfast for an inexpensive stay. Clean room, comfortable and surprisingly quiet for being so conveniently close to the interstate. I've stayed here before and will stay again. Unfortunately, WI-FI in my room this time was spotty.

The bathroom was so tiny that even a small person like me couldn't get out without having to move all the way to the shower to open the door. I couldn't sleep because I felt like there was a ghost in the room. I had sleep paralysis like a man grabbed me on my arm in the dark and I could not get up. After that I could not sleep and kept tossing and turning, I would not sleep there next time. I felt it was haunted.

It was a basic room and for the price I would recommend this place. The beds are comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast was less than desirable. This was the only drawback.
