I wish we could have stayed longer. Love that we were able to do laundry, although I do wish the water slide was open. My grandchildren would have loved it. We got a villa/suite facing the water park/pool area so my elderly mother could take pictures. 4 generations, what a blessing.

Made 3 reservations to cover 10 nights. Marriott DID NOT link reservations so my family was forced to change rooms two times. Leave pool, 100 degrees temps, to move clothes, luggage, food, frozen , and beach toys TWICE. All family members upset. Vacation RUINED!!!!!

Family orientated hotel with great pools, walk on beach access, wonderful BBQ options for self catering. Rooms are large and family orientated. Fab stay!

The reason I gave low stars is because it’s so far out from everything which is fine but I went during winter months and everything at there resort was closed. No bar, no restaurant, why? Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean people stop eating and drinking. I went for work and only stayed 2 nights and it wasn’t a big deal but as I said it’s not exactly convenient to restaurants n such so I ended up ordering takeout. It was a very nice condo though. Perhaps it would be great in the summer

Every staff member was so friendly and courteous it blew my mind. Ive worked in the hospitality industry my entire life and I haven't seen service like that it many years. thank you!

The staff was amazing, especially the gentleman at the entrance (gave my family access and politely explained the protocol). Check-in staff was excellent and quick!!

So, why poor? I get a text my second night there indicating that there will be loud and constant noise from 10-5 for the rest of my stay…wood chippers and concrete smashing noises. Need I say more?? Btw, it was my honeymoon

We loved the location and the villas. I was disappointed that the spa was going through renovations during our stay so they were closed. That’s the main reason we stay at this resort. If I had known in advance about the renovation, maybe I would’ve had enough time to find another spa option with similar amenities. It was still relaxing but I do feel like the spa experience was missing from our annual trip. I also didn’t know that the resort now charges $25/night per vehicle to park. This info should be on all booking websites and not just marriott. I was caught off guard during check in when I was advised of this new change. I received at least one email prior to my stay so it would’ve been nice to know this info prior to check in.
