Great value for the money. I had to stay here on July 4 when my flight was canceled. Not the fanciest spot, but if you need a place to stay without spending a fortune, this is your spot. Best of all, if you check out by 7am, they give you $50 cash!

The air conditioning was very cold which we loved. For breakfast they had plenty of fresh fruit, pastries & coffee/drinks. There were several places to eat within walking distance if you don’t want to drive or uber. The beach is a very short drive with lots of shops and places to eat as well. We stayed for 4th of July weekend and for the price we paid it was well worth it. So if you don’t require a lot of frills and want to be close to the beach this little gem is perfect.

Hotel, service and location all were excellent!!

Friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great location for restaurants and outlets, around 10 min from the beach.

You can tell owners take pride in their hotel. Rooms are simple but were very clean. Check in/out was easy. Continental type free breakfast items available at check in area as is free cold bottled water!

This was the best stay In Hilton Head!! The property was so clean and well equipped. Much better than many high prices stays in the area. Property price is lower than most of other properties around. And the Host is amazing. Very thoughtful. They have free dry snacks and water available for all guests for free. Will definitely visit again!

Great , simple and convenient place to stay right off the 278 plus $50 cash back if you check out by 7am. Perfect for early risers.

Very clean and clearly well managed. We've stayed before and always come back because of the quality and value.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the variety of food and goodies that they had in the office. It was very convenient to pick up something quick for breakfast and throughout the day. The bathroom was well stocked with supplies.

I was actually very impressed with this property. I would stay here again. Although the room was a little dated, it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the price was great! They have a lot of snacks available in the office 24/7, which was helpful. There is no coffee in the room, but was nice to have it available in the office. There is a decent Italian restaurant right next door and beaches are a short drive from the hotel. The room had a good size refrigerator, microwave and a comfortable recliner to relax in.

The room was very clean, and the AC worked great. The room was perfect for us because when at the beach just need a clean room to sleep in. It's not fancy but in my opinion well.worth the price. Also had great soaps, shampoo and lotion. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

I was concerned about booking a hotel at this price but prior reviews said it was clean. It was very clean, convenient, and a nice staff. The pool is closed permanently but the room was well equipped and a convenient location for a night or two. It was very quiet during our one night stay. We used it as a place to extend our trip since we could not check in to our condo until the next day. Worked out great for us! Would do that again.

Probably the best no-frills but super clean stay. If you stay for the fist time you get a $50 cash reward. Room was big and comfortable, with all the basic amenities in good shape.
