Hilton Head Resort

The unit itself was adorable, well-maintained, and spotless. Absolutely no complaints about it. The beach, however, which is the only reason we come to Hilton Head, was just too far to have to rely on a not real frequent shuttle, especially since there were no bathroom facilities that I could see on or near the beach. We opted to drive to Coligny Beach which was very close. Other than that, the unit was perfect for a short getaway

I have stayed at this resort before but in a different condo. I like the location,the pools and the beach. I liked that there were t.vs in every room,there was extra linens and lots of beach towels. This place was SUPER clean. The condo was stocked with dishes,pots of all sizes and eating utensils. The host was very nice and called before I arrived to let me know that the unit was ready for check in. The beach was terrific on our second day baby crabs were on the beach because the tide was low. My sons were able to look at them close up. We had a blast. This beach is NEVER crowded like Coligny. I've visited for several years. There was no washer and dryer in the unit,no iron,no dish detergent (dish liquid)but there was detergent for the dishwasher. I like washing dishes in the sink first. The tvs were difficult to use. I was only able to look at TV on YouTube in the living room. On our second day we were unable to use the pool because there was work being done in the pool area. I have liked to know to bring my own iron, and where to do laundry. I took dirty clothes back home. The wagon in the closet was just a shell,there is no garbage disposal and the ice maker didn't work. As I was exiting the premises on the last day I noticed a sign at the gate stating,"Bags of ice $3." Anyone reading this review should govern themselves accordingly based on the information I shared and book this condo.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo and plan on returning! We had no issues but if we did the owners were extremely kind and accommodating!

Some of the community facilities weren't operational like the hot tub near the indoor pool and one of the elevators were out of order which meant one elevator had to accommodate guests for two buildings but none of these issues were within the control of our host.

Hot tub was broke. Our condo did not have any beach towels and the property does not stock towels at the pool. It was a longer walk to the beach than we expected, but there is a shuttle-just be sure to check running times & plan accordingly.

The owner was quick to answer any questions I had. Location was great. Would stay again

Need to bring shampoo and conditioner. The lock room has beach chairs and wagon to pull which was very helpful.

I liked that it was convent to beach, stores and restaurants. Everything was great.

There was no liquid soap to wash dishes.

The condo was perfect!! It was close to the beach, the boardwalk was phenomenal, the indoor pool and hot tub was amazing, and the owner was so helpful every step of the way!! There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect!

The kids had their own space with triple bunks. They loved what they called, the "liminal space," with the pool, gym, track, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and game room. Rain. We were in a drought, with forest fires everywhere, and no rain for almost 2 months, until we got there ? The liminal space saved the day

Host was very professional and responses was very quick. Condo was clean and was family friendly. The resort also has a lot of amenities. Very easy process for check in and wonderful stay.

The add says the condo is on the beach. Realistically it is 1/4 to 1/3 mile walk. When we first arrived the A/C wasn’t working. We called the host. He responded quickly and resolved the issue. This is a positive. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

The property had a lot of amenities and had security in order to enter which was great! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The unit was clean and felt like a home away from home. It was a great experience. Super easy from booking to anything we needed while we were there. Definitely recommend

The property was perfectly situated for our needs. The room was really nice. It provided everything we needed. Whenever we had a concern or question, the host was always available. They were very accommodating to our needs.

Location was great & still had trolley access. Lived being close to hot tub & beach access also.

Stay was great.
