The location was goog 5min walk to beach ,on a lagoon with plenty of wildlife, even alligators! Pool was nice & clean. Restaurants within walking distance. We had a 2 bedroom villa and it was just right for the 2 of us. Barbecue grills 2 outside patios. Could use a little update, maybe some new mattresses. This would not keep me from staying here again. Very small kitchen if you want to cook inside.,which we weren't planning on anyway.

The location was excellent. The interior was recently updated and it was very quaint. It felt like a cozy cottage.

It was VERY hard to communicate with the office when checking out. I had a problem with being double charged and then difficulty in contacting anyone. After several days and calls and messages, the problem was resolved BUT it was very frustrating.

Big Jim's had a variety of menu. The food was very good and always prepared the way it was ordered. The General Store had anything you could imagine ever wanting. There was not one single thing that we didn't like.

did not have breakfast. the location was great. just a short walk to beach ! close to everything, Kroger,restaurants etc.. we had family staying at the villamare so it was just a short walk to do things with them. really have no complaints. the sprinklers got my car all wet when they went on in morning.

Centrally located, close to the beach and tennis courts. And moderately priced. Very nice set up.

The location The bathroom stunk of heavy duty cleaner. But at least it was clean.

The property was clean. It was in a great location and we did enjoy it. It would have been nice if the accommodation was more modern, the furniture was definitely dated and some newer items would go a long way!

The strength of The Village is its excellent location to beach access and being located in Palmetto Dunes with Shelter Cove close by.) Units are old with old design. The nicest ones overlook the waterway. Studios are depressing and very close to each other. You are forced to keep curtains pulled to keep some privacy. Not the cleanest. Property is well maintained with gas grills and little children’s play area. Pleasant management.

Patio attached, full kitchen, close to oickleball courts and beach. No soap or shampoo provided. Could be closer to beach. Property somewhat outdated, small bed

the location was great. Loved watching the water off of the deck and even was entertained by an alligator!! The unit was so very clean and big. We really loved our stay!! Really nothing! We loved our stay. We would like to come back and stay in the same unit.

beach and convenience store. in the cottage, there is no way to shade the high window. the light shines directly in your eyes in the morning.
