Great location. It met our needs.

Pool closed despite listed as an amenity. AC unit covered with what appeared to be black mold.

Location. Pool was closed. Ice machine was broken. First room we were put in the t.v. did not work. Staff obviously did not want to be there.

Location Front clerk told me to tell them when I check out if I did or didn’t use the safe to get my $9.00 back & I told them I didn’t use the safe & I never got my money back.

It was not kept properly. The ceiling was falling off. It was so dirty. And it smelled like mildew

So the staff was rude. The room was tiny. The pool was SHUT DOWN BY THE STATE! and the Ice Machine was broken. Don't stay here. Don't stay here ever.

The rooms have a moldy smell and the air conditioner wasn't working that well.

there was no microwave or fridge and no breakfast

We arrived at 8:00 pm to check in. We were told that bc we were not there at 4 pm our reservation had been canceled and no other rooms were available. We were told there was no card on file. We booked through booking.com and was told booking.co did not send the card information to the hotel therefore they canceled the reservation since we didn’t arrive at 4pm. This reservation was booked a week in advance.

Was told on the website that I did not need to pay up front before I made it to hotel to only be told by the rude staff that my room was canceled with no heads up notice or email. Was told it was canceled due to not paying up front but website said I did not have to and I believe this hotel needs a management change. Staff.

Bed was comfortable and location was close to the beach access! Costumer service was TERRIBLE!!!! I arrived at the facility early around 10:30 in the morning just to find out if we could do early check-in and we’re told no I asked her when was check-in and she told me 4 o’clock. I told her that we were going to the beach and we would not be back until after four possibly five or six. We ended up coming back to the hotel around 420 only to find out that they had canceled our reservation . At 4:15 due to nonpayment said they did not have a credit card on file, but I did go through Booking.com and check the box that I wanted to pay at the facility because I want to pay in cash. From there it turned bad because the lady was so rude. Trying to help me. I had been on the beach all day long and could not drive home so I asked her could she book me another room and they wanted to book it at a higher rate than what I originally booked it for. On top of that several more customers come in one was very unsatisfied because the pool had been closed and nobody notified them and they had small children that wanted to get in the pool. He asked why The Pool was closed and she would not give him an explanation other than sorry, sir. It is closed very very rude. Another lady come in in the same thing her reservations have been canceled. The ice machine did not work. It was just all in all a very, very bad experience and the management and the staff were terrible with their attitudes towards customer service.!
