The housecleaning service was excellent, requested clean linens every day, they went above and beyond. Cherise took such good care of us poolside. The property is conveniently located to so many restaurants and attractions. At night we chilled around the fire pits and listened to live music on the weekend. Many events take place there, but it never felt like we were pushed aside, it almost felt like you were part of them. Breakfast bar is so worth the money, only complaint is the ordering counter for specifics was a throughfare for people ordering, walking and the wait staff picking up orders, not a great layout but the cooks were excellent.

The resort is a very upscale facility. The only reason I gave it four stars rather than five is that when I checked out and saw my bill. There was so much "nickel and diming". For example, we got an "HHI Destination Charge" of $3 for every day we stayed and the money is not the problem but what is it? We rented the beach chairs and umbrella at the shore for one day. The advertised price was $35. When I got my bill, it came to $53. Every day we had a $45 "Resort Service Charge". So even though we paid for the stay up front, we received a lot of extra charges. Just beware.

The room was very comfortable I had requested a room with shower not over tub because we are in our 80's and my wife has to use a walker. The room had a tub.

Front desk called minutes after booking advising no rooms were available and they don't know how we were able to book a room. Booking.com showed the Omni had a room available when the Omni did not.

Our stay at the Omni Resort was wonderful! Very clean and well kept resort with lots of amenities. Staff was very friendly and always ready to assist. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Hilton Head!

They're super hard and had divots where so many people have slept. Neither of us slept well the week we were there. Horrible.

Nice size rooms that were well maintained. Friendly staff. Great restaurant and cafe on premises. Pool, hot tubs, fire pits and access to the beach all make this an excellent stay.

The resort is beautifully located on the Hilton Head beach. Has all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. Since we traveled with our 3 year old son, we took advantage of all the kids activities. Staff if very helpful and what I loved the most, the place is really clean. I tried the food at HH Prime Restaurant inside the resort and I can say that is extremely tasty You can be picky about the rooms being outdated and what I saw in a lot of comments, but the staff really tries to make your stay enjoyable, so the small discomforts don't seem that bad after all
