This is our 5th visit, excellent place to stay

Easy access to pools, beach and restaurants Asked for a room that would be easy to maneuver after just having back surgery. Bathroom was very tight and toilet very low to the floor making it very hard to get back up.

We enjoyed our vacation at Sonesta. The staff was super nice and helpful, the place is clean and spacious. Out of the three nights they semi-cleaned our room once, but they did replenish the towels daily. I loved the location, pool, beach and trails. My toddler raves about the turtle feeding & the smores. I actually liked that there was a 18+ only pool, is nice to know if kids get annoying or loud the adults that just want peace can go there. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the food, not great and super overpriced. We ordered to go be there was still a big service fee, we ended up door dashing from outside and that was considerably cheaper and better.

The resort was in great location with beautiful pool and easy access to private beach. Located in great area with many nice restaurants. Accommodated our pet with no problems.

Best RESORT ever!!! Close to everything and convenient

Unfortunately check in set the tone for a less hospitable experience than we’ve had here before (this was our second stay). There was no acknowledgement of our return or the special occasion we were celebrating (and no inquiry). The hotel seemed quite empty but they did not offer an upgrade, as they did last year, which used to be standard practice for VIP properties. Later, a different front desk agent told us (when we had to inquire to see if we got the resort credit as this wasn’t mentioned at check-in) that the VIP program has changed since our last stay. Definitely felt the value vs price wasn’t there for the view/room we got (parking lot). Balcony is so small it’s practically unusable plus minor issues (musty odor, phone and TV weren’t fully functional as buttons and channels not working) made the time spent in-room less enjoyable. Otherwise, the property is well kept.

The resort was very nice. We enjoyed playing bingo and feeding the turtles. Our water in the shower was lukewarm and never got hot. I think the shuttle bus should run later at night for those who want to go out for dinner.

It's a beautiful property. Warm cozy friendly staff (some). Very clean I didn't like the fact that our patio was connected to the people next door no devider whatsoever. You guys really need to fix that. I didn't like the fact that there were dogs weighing way over 40lbs not just one or two dogs lots of them I'm pretty sure on your pet policy it plainly says that?

Enjoyed our 5 day stay immensely. The pools were great and the ocean was just a 5 minute walk over the dune. Quality of the food at breakfast was terrific, as well as the choices. Our room was very comfortable, slept like a baby and the room attendants were very efficient and thorough. Parking is easy with valet or self park options. The main pool area could have more umbrellas for shade.
