Palmera Inn and Suites

I love this place¡!!

This is an excellent place to stay in a long trip. You can take advantage of the kitchen and prepare food yourself to make things a bit more economical. The pool is on the small side, so it's not easy to relax in it.

This hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious.

The breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast - good but not great. The dining area had plenty of tables but the food area was quite tight. While we had no issues with the a/c, it felt “damp” in our room especially during the night. We liked having a balcony though due to the (small) width, we had to turn our chairs sideways to be able to sit out there. We enjoyed our stay at the Palmera and the pros definitely outweighed the cons.

This was our first time in the area and we got so lucky with this location. It’s central to every beach location on the island, the kitchen made it so easy for us and our toddlers during our stay, and the staff was amazing with any assistance or requests we had. 10/10 will be staying here for years to come.

Free breakfast only had one meat choice, one day it was turkey sausage only.

For our family of four this was great. The little kitchen to make food for the beach or a snack. The breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. I really liked the loft for the adults.

Room clean and a nice layout. We had a very nice complimentary breakfast. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

This is a hidden jewel. Super reasonable, clean and a kitchenette with full size fridge. Family and pet friendly. Breakfast included. Not on the ocean but close to everything. Also an excellent Thai restaurant that shares the parking lot. Softer TP than the Sonesta!

Yesterday, a roach was discovered. Maintenance personnel promptly eliminated the roach and limited their efforts to spraying around the balcony door. We are seeking compensation for the inconvenience and damage caused by this infestation.

Great place to stay with my family. Definitely will come back!

The breakfast was bland and the channels on the tv card they give you are wrong nor premium. Outside of that the stay was nice. The parking sucked. But it was a decent overall experience

All was great. Front staff, excellent. That we couldn't stay longer. Our end , not on you guys.

Closer to the beach

Room was clean but beds were very uncomfortable.

Pool was underwhelming and a few foreign floating objects in it on day one. Hot tubs jets were all broken except one and it didn’t actually aim anywhere on your body…worst breakfast I have ever had, inedible eggs, coffee was not drinkable. Room was fine, bed was comfortable and clean, but nothing special. The bathroom was clean. Pretty annoying that I have to go get clean towels in the lobby everyday and need to check out pool towels too. I wouldn’t stay here again unless it was just for a night and only for business. If you are here for pleasure check out someplace else.

Beautiful place and the rooms were huge and had everything you would need for a week at the beach!

the pool was cool The customer service was terrible, it was only one person that i met that worked there that had any type of customer service. front desk lady was super rude! even when you call. i wouldn’t book again!
