Zero hot water. Spoke to front desk twice, no help. We traveled all day and wanted a hot, even warm shower. Could not get shower until we got to our vacation rental after checkout.

The room we were given was occupied and the next one smelled so bad. We asked if we could move but they refused. I would not stay again.

The room was clean. The cleaning crew cleaned our room thoroughly the four days we were staying there. Our room key kept having to be reset by the maintenance personnel. Hotel lost all power one night and we couldn't call the front the front desk, and the room temperature became very warm until power was restored a couple hours later. The hallway was hot and their did not appear the air was working in the hallway. Wifi was out during our stay. July 26th thru July 30th.

The breakfast was outstanding with lots of variety. The room was in great condition and beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Room described as sleeps 7. We had 7 in our group. There is a sofa that converts to a "bed" however, it broke everytime someone laid on it and sat on it. We called maintenance, they came and acted like the fixed it, but it continued to break.

This hotel was one of the very best I have stayed at over the years. Rooms were very nice size and in excellent condition. The breakfast was very good and kept well supplied. 5 stars all around.
