Nice Hotel. Could use more restaurants. It was hard to get extra towels and a late check out

Overall clean but in need of updates. Some areas have mold stains on the ceiling and in need of deep clean and updates. Comforters also need replacement.

Room was not ready at check in time, had to settle for a lesser value room just to be able to get a room to change and settle down. Only received a $50 credit for this inconvenience per day as the resort stated this is the room cost differential which does not match up to hotel room prices reflected on site but okay. Beach is gorgeous however service at the pool bar is very unorganized. Waited 4 hours to get a food order. Dinner at the Blue restaurant was okay. Server was rude and felt rushed. Overall wasn’t a welcoming experience.

We had a great time. They were just a couple. I wanna say insignificant annoyances, but did not affect our stay or experience. The ice machine on our floor was out the whole time had to go to different floors for ice, even though I told the staff about it, never saw anyone working on it. The phone in our room didn’t work and found this out when the elevator went out and couldn’t call the front desk we were on the eighth floor. And then the only USB charging port had somehow been gutted and non-usable. But like I said, these were just minor inconveniences our total stay was great. staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The beach was great! It wasn't too crowded. We like staying at this location because of the ease to get to all the nice restaurants offsite. The bell staff and front desk staff were very nice and accommodating.

They do nickel and dime you every step you take. A lot of miscellaneous charges that no one could explain what these charges include, no one. We love Hilton Head Island, but will not go back to Hilton beach front hotel.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

It was a beautiful location and overall the property and facility were very nice. We brought a baby and a stroller and noticed there were a lot of stairs so it was hard to get around and a very long walk to the parking lot. The bathroom and the sink area was very small.

I liked the location. The beach was great. I did not appreciate a fee for beach chairs and umbrellas, especially since we paid a resort fee. I don’t think the hotel is very clean. The same garbage was on the floor in front of our room the whole time. Our room was not cleaned when we checked in (pee in the toilet, lettuce on the counter, floors not vacuumed). The manager made it right but it took a LONG time and we had driven 10 hours to get there! I expected more for the price of this hotel.
