Our room was dirty and outdated. The resort fees were not worth it. Beach was the highlight. Property was disappointing.

Clean rooms. Great staff. The room service was fast and delicious. The pool was beautiful. This isn’t our first day and it won’t be our last.

The location is excellent.

Did not like the extra charges like parking destination fee resort fee resort fee tax. Too many extra charges added after you get there and checking in.

Loved how I could enjoy the beach and dip in the pool anytime I wanted to.

Would not stay at this resort again. The room they put us in initially smelled moisture and mold. After some investigation, we found a missing receptacle outlet cover and the wall was very soft from water damage. The staff was helpful and moved us to a new room.

Plan on having a great time.

The hotel was ok. For the price it should have had better amenities. The hotel room was dated, bathroom paint was chipping and ceiling had stains and mold. Restaurant was meh, staff was helpful.

Great place for families!

Excellent property and great location that is near many restaurants and shopping. The property is private and has a very nice entrance boulevard. Highly recommend.

Beautiful grounds, clean property. We loved the pool and beach access. It's helpful to know that you'll need to pay to rent beach chairs unless you bring your own. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and we would absolutely return to this resort.

The rooms and property were not very clean. Our room upon check in the bathroom floors were not very clean spots everywhere and was very dusty. Daily cleaning was trash removal and bed made, did not look vacuumed. Halls leading up to the rooms also did not look vacuumed. Some of the pool staff were rude.

Beautiful resort. My view from my balcony was awesome. The staff was courteous and accommodating. I loved the restaurant, but most of the seating was a little uncomfortable (high top seats - not good for older travelers or travelers with health issues)

1. We ordered a turkey club sandwich from the Blue. It was honestly something I could make in my kitchen. It was served on wheat bread and not multigrain too. Not a huge issue but really made the sandwich pedestrian. 2. We got a gazebo at the pool. We did not get greeted by a server until 1130am. We went to the bar to get drinks at 11. 3. A pool manager finally came by and let us know a server would be with us shortly. 4. Pool server arrived at 1130. We put in an order. Got our food and drinks. Haven't seen her since. We were supposed to get a fruit plate but as of now haven't gotten it. Checked on us 3 times in 6 hours at the pool. 5. House keeping was knocking at the door at 820. I forgot to put the sign out which is my fault but when I told her to come back later she seemed very annoyed. Again my fault but it was early so we weren't ready to leave. Positives: 1. Clean hotel and easy check in. 2. Bartenders at both the pool and Blue were great and accompanying. 3. Great location on the beach.

Great beach access. We’ve been several times The sink was clogged and couldn’t use it. Had someone use our room number for charges to the gift shop and after calling twice waiting for return callsand sitting on hold for 42 minutes they said they will need approval from the gift shop to refund. Parking sucks You have to pay $22 a day and walk up three flights of stairs to get inside. They charged my credit card twice at the pool bar for lunch. And then the power went out and an alarm went off for two hours and the staff didn’t know why or have direction. We’ve come here for a few years and could tell it’s gone down for the cost.
