I loved our room, it had a sleep sofa and a sitting area. The Balcony was really nice. The beach was beautiful. The Resort areea was beautiful as well. We will return again. We usually stay at this hotel every year in September to celebrate my birthday. We will continue to stay here whenever we visit Hilton Head again. We loved everything about our stay at this beautiful hotel with awesome personnel.

We loved our stay at this property and the Hilton Head area. So convenient to everything and walkable and bikeable. Lovely property. Would stay here again.

Good stay. Great pool area but too many of the area around to pool had cabana lounges at a cost of $100. There was not enough regular longe chairs available. Also the rooms need updating especially the bathroom area. Staff were very accommodating. Too much nickel and dimming with fees for parking, resort, and taxes on those changes

The location, right off the beach It is truly worn down. Rooms smelled of mildew, towels were dingy and stiff, carpets frayed, curtains needed to be replaced, that plastic liner inside the window was just tacky, the air conditioner never fully worked, the carpets in the hallway were worn and there was an elevator that was broken the entire time with no sign to notify guests. Lastly if you check out at checkout time of 11am you are automatically charged for the day. But if you drag yourself out of bed on the last day of your vacation and checkout by 9:30am they don’t. Who does that???!!! The housekeeping staff were very nice ( we tipped them well, not their fault) and the female front desk clerks as well.

Nice size rooms with balcony over looking the pool and ocean views. The hotel was clean but needs updating such as carpeting. Over all nice place to stay. Very quite.

Overall a good experience and would stay again. Gave it 4/5 stars due to details being over looked with service and our room that for the cost and status of the resort, I dont feel like they should be over looked. Details that, IMO, goes back to management's hiring and training of the staff. Overall loved our trip. Would come back. Appreciated the convenience of everything in on spot.

I traveled here on a solo trip and fell in love. When I came home, I booked an immediate return. This is the sweet spot to explore HHI with enough hospitality and insulation to travel alone without ever having to worry. The beach, the pool, the service, and accommodations all came together to give me an experience. They hotel is generous with late check out, and accommodating delayed flights. They amenities are plentiful and the location is dually beneficial because you can spend the entire time on the resort, take a walk or bike ride around Palmetto Dunes, or leave the propoerty altogether and venture out along the the mainstay. If you were wondering about booking, trust me, this is your sign.

I loved the hotel on the beach with large pool! The pool bar was the best! Service and food were great. We ate there for lunch every day. Convenient to the beach. Loved our girls trip!
