We booked this at the same time as some other family members. Paid the same price. We were given a room with water that did not stay hot for more than 5 minutes, the tubs filled up while you were showering so there is definitely some draining issues. The air in the master bedroom did not work completely so the entire condo would be cooled off except that one room. However, our family had a condo that was very nice (for the same price) so it just depends on what Letter Villa they stick you in.

The elevator could use some updates I was so scared each time that I got on it. Also have more luggage carriers.

This is an older building and it shows. I booked 5 days, 4 nights. For some reason they could not keep me in the same room for the whole time. Our first room didn't have working ac. Its tight and cramped inside. Our second room was very damp inside. Even the beds and pillows seem to have absorbed the moisture. For the money we paid, it would have been nice to have had a better place. I personally would not recommend this place to anyone else for the money it cost.

Furniture was comfortable and had good seating for several people. Had all very good appliances plenty of towels and sheets and hot water Bunk beds not very useful

Great - would go back. Had everything we needed. Pools, beach access, bike rentals, coffee shop (could be nicer), even much spot! We even tried pickle ball! Rooms nice and semi big. Want to go back :)

We loved everything about our stay the view was Amazing!! From our room to the beach was less than 1/4 of a mile walk! Our room was spotlessly clean & comfortable!! Our second year here & we were still in love!!

The location I requested ocean front or view and instead got a room with resort view. The rooms are decent need to be updated. Oh and unless you bring extra towels or laundry detergent along with a bunch of change extra towels are $35 each.
