No AC. Hot and uncomfortable
-
It was over 90° outside and the AC unit was not working. I was told by management that it will take a few hours and will be fine. 3 hours later it was hotter in the room than it was outside. The toilet was disgustingly uncleared and no toilet paper. Managers refused to refund me after only staying for 3 in the horrible, disgustingly, uncleaned and poorly managed crap hole. Stay anywhere else!

The hallway carpeting had deteriorated, and the door entry lock was broke. Had to use only one door to get in the building.

Don’t go , the room was way outdated , had a broken thermostat from 1980, the vent air/ heat that’s under the window sounded like a old muffler and did not work , the towels were dirty , barely any plug in’s in the room , no updated chargers . It’s June , since air did not work at all we had to open the widows and pull curtains back , all night we heard people taking , honking , a loud motorcycle in the middle of the night . The door key card didn’t work , two girls advised us they “ had to go to the office 3 times as there’s didn’t work either “,no trash cans in the rooms ,no plastic cups , no vending machines in site , people sitting out side in chairs like they live there . Very bad for $134 a night , awful condition. We had no choice as there was an event in Hinkley and all others were booked .

The air conditioning was not working, and when I called the front desk, I was told that part of the building does not have working A/C, despite it being an advertised amenity. I was told to speak with someone in the morning. The bathroom was also disappointing. There was hair on the shower walls, the shower curtain was dirty, there was dirty water underneath the garbage bag, and there wasn’t even any soap provided. The next morning, around 7:18am I went to the office to discuss these concerns, only to find no staff available. Another guest there shared similar complaints. Overall, I am very disappointed with this stay. Between the cleanliness issues, lack of working A/C, missing basic amenities, and inability to speak with staff, I left feeling less clean than when I arrived. Considering the price, this experience was unacceptable, and I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

The front door has broken glass. Our rooms door did not shut by itself. The whole place smelled like smoke and must and there are signs of mold and mildew everywhere. Online pictures are very misleading. Hope these owners aren’t proud of scamming people. The front door has broken glass. Our rooms door did not shut by itself. Hotel is a little outdated. Needs air conditioning. Easy access is a plus. Staff friendly and easy to work with.
-
It’s a crappy hotel but it was cheap and the staff was nice.

Broken furniture obstructing walkways throughout property, hot water handle on tub not attached. One duplex power outlet in the room with extension cord and power strip pulled tight to plug in TV

There is a notice property is under new ownership and renovations underway. However, be very aware that anyone can walk into the building at night or day, no security locks at front or side entrance. It's extremely difficult to feel safe there and I wouldn't have stayed if I had been by myself.

Recently purchased, undergoing renovation. Basic, but dated, motel room. Clean, quiet, and a comfortable king-sized bed. Free Wi-Fi. I couldn't get the television to work. Liquid soap dispenser was almost empty, so I washed up using shampoo. Cheap place to spend the night before continuing your journey.

Even though we were made aware that the property was soon to undergo renovations the price per night for what we experienced was far too high. Carpet had not been vacuumed (there was dog hair and dog food in many areas), the floor beneath and around the cooling unit was wet (as in my socks got wet when walking around), our "view" out the window was into a little back yard space with trash, broken chairs, a broken fence and a pile of brush and, the remote to the TV was taped up to keep the batteries from falling out. We did feel the bed was comfortable and the lady staffing the front desk Friday evening was very kind in giving us a couple more pillows. Otherwise, definitely not even a two-star hotel experience. I hope the renovations result in a much better experience for future guests. We weren't that lucky. 😔

Room was dated. Had a smell. Ice machine was surrounded by a puddle of water and in a sketchy dirty room. And no ice buckets Beds were fine. Tub had hair in it. Was good enough for a quick place to sleep.

Bed was comfortable, close to venue Air did not work, tv did not work, needs some upgrades for sure.

Staff was very nice. Room was clean but old and run down. The whole hotel was very run down, peeling paint, wallpaper, broken key pads, holes in doors, etc. It's not very well kept up inside or out. Old mattresses and other junk outside around property. The place needs a major overhaul. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Location was convenient to interstate. It was clean. Looked like it hadn't been updated since the 1980s except cosmetic repairs which were very poorly done. No heat or air conditioning with temps in 30s at night and 60 during the day. Also, no fan in the system to circulate air. They told us to open the window, which opened on to a trashy side yard. Many advertised amenities were not available, including any breakfast food. Had to crawl under the desk where TV was located to plug it in- was full of cobwebs and dust. At least it worked! It was just sleazy motel. If it hadn't been clean we would have left but it was the only hotel available that would take our dogs (that's why we chose it). Easily the worst place we have ever stayed. Totally not worth the price.

Your pictures are very deceiving. This hotel is so outdated. Needs a total remodel.

We booked a jacuzzi room upon getting there i noticed the picture of the hotel and grounds during booking was nothing like photos, second found out there wasnt complimentary breakfast like it stated which was a let down since was hubby is diabetic. Then we go to check into our room and were told the tv doesn't have a cord aka cable box so no tv, they were working on it, left to go to conference came back told it was fixed went to room couldn't change channels box was still not fixed had to go enquire about it AGAIN and they had to go find a new one that one still only let me watch certain channels less than what they said were available cuz they no longer went with that company as if that was my problem well i was paying $125 a night , the room wasnt very clean my hubby wanted to buy me blankets cuz he thought it was gross for the price point asked to speak to manager was told they'd be there in morning, then checked out in morning different person asked to speak to manager they said tuesday ugh wasnt offered any compensation, room switch anything for all the inconvience ..i lost my son in January so we stayed for Jesus conference for healing and refresh i felt worse then when i came was very let down by our stay never have i experienced anything like it
