Not so great. Elevators were filthy, no room service, no covered parking.

Minuses - Noise from the hallway or next room. Also, they didn't clean the room or bathroom even though I left a placard out requesting service. We had to ask for clean towels from the front desk everyday.

Stayed one night in the middle of a road trip and it was quiet and the room clean. Nice stay!

Hotel rooms are nice and clean. Staff lacks customer service.

I’ve stayed in many hotels and this one was so fun and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. No matter where I turned it was amazing, never felt sore or old. Haha! I took pics of all the tags on the pillow, mattress and covers to buy when I get home! Clean, nice staff, good food and drinks and won some money!

The beds were not great and the cleanliness could be better, but the ease of check in and staff helpfulness was wonderful.

The bingo Hall is way too cold n no patrician for smoking n non. Smell smoke all the time.

Pool open until 1 am! My wife and I had a concert outside. At 1st we didn't know the hotel entrance was around back of the casino. Check in at 4 pm had a little line but moved ok. MN humor sarcasm at the front desk. I love that they can play around like that, keep things light. We liked that the room did not have a closet but a cubby area instead. Way more useful. Free fountain drinks in the casino. We would love to come back again.
