Terrible staff and workers except for the guy workers.

There were feces in the hallway picked up by a staff member with a paper towel. At 7am, there was a barefoot man passed out in the lobby. The hot tub was also out of service, but I don't think we would have used it anyway after the feces incident. Besides that, it was a pleasant experience.

We were traveling with our dog and needed a pet friendly hotel. They kindly allowed us to check in early and proceeded to put us in a room that smelled terribly like cat piss and the tv didn’t work. When we called for help regarding the tv, the attendant fixed the tv and my husband asked if there were any other rooms available. We had headaches from the smell of the room and knew we couldn’t tough it out for the rest of the stay. He graciously got us a different room and said he wasn’t sure why they put us in that original room, as it is known to smell badly. So, nice of them to remedy it for us, and rather annoying that they haven’t fixed the problem yet. Also that they knowingly put us in a room that reeked of cat piss.

Staff was very helpful and kind, breakfast was ok. Unfortunately our room smelled like wet dog. The bed itself was very comfortable, but the pillows were very lumpy (like a bunch of hard cotton balls thrown together into a pillow) and the covers were extremely thin. Nicer pillows and even having a thicker blanket available would be a big upgrade.

The staff let me bring my bike in and the breakfast was good.

Older hotel. Room was okay. Staff was great.

Stayed here before. Always been no problems. However this time room definitely had bad musty smell.

Bed comfortable. Breakfast poor: No fruit, no plain yogurt, low variety. Room musty smell. No closet. Toilet noise. Key stopped working.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! The rooms. Was VERY clean, the cleanest I've seen in quite a while!! Breakfast was good - waffles, cereal, toast, oatmeal, fruit, boiled eggs, yogurt, mini muffins, coffee machine with several choices, orange juice and apple juice. I wish the bed had been more comfortable. They do have a pool but we didn't use it.

The space in the room, and quiet.
