The rooms smelled bad, breakfast had limited items and was told that they were waiting for supplies to come in . Overall was a really unpleasant experience

Room was very clean and great temperature. Check in was easy. We didn't use the pool. Continental breakfast was acceptable.

My friends and I have stayed at this hotel for the past three Summers. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent. The room was clean, the service excellent. We are big fans and plan to stay there again next Summer.

This property has issues with the pool which was an amenity. I did not read through reviews to find this out before, but rather found out after. If they advertise a pool, have a pool available, otherwise it is false advertising. I understand on-off situations but this is not one of those, this is a chronic issue documented through other past reviews. When my daughter and I went to go use a pool, we found out it was closed and the maintenance guy said 3 to 4 hours which would be past our checkout time. My daughter loves swimming and I got us all ready for it. The front staff were unworkable with my concern. They all ganged up on me and basically pushed me into being the one in the wrong. I wasn’t yelling. But the assistant manager threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave, which I told her I’d go grab myself and leave and we were out the door within five minutes, but they had already called they already called police. That is ridiculous. I was compliant and they still were going to call the police anyways. I am allowed to express my concerns, they just didn’t have the hospitality skills to help make it right, and Expedia tried too. It’s not Expedia’s fault. Don’t stay here.

Room was okay if you need a bed to sleep in. We had to ask for hand soap, toilet paper, and all other toiletries because there weren’t any in our room.

Expensive rates for average accommodations. Not very clean and needs some updating for sure. I probably wouldn't stay again.

Rooms were clean. 97 degrees outside and we walked into a room already cool.

It was clean nice beds I will stay there again and the staff were very nice

When we walked in we saw bugs in the hall way. When we got in our room it smelled of mildew and wet dog. The sheets were not very clean and the room was so hot. It took the A/C all night to cool off the room. Absolutely not worth the money they’re charging.

The room was clean and the staff helpful. Breakfast was great! My only complaint is the smoke smell in the room. I don't know if it's coming from the furniture or carpet but hopefully it can be removed.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The only thing that was disappointing was a lack of a shuttle to the casino.

Good breakfast, but they didn't have diet syrup or artificial sweetener when we were there for people who can't have sugar. Supply of sweetener, diet syrup for waffles . Wish they had a hot tub instead of just a pool.

I had a room in the front of the building. The room was clean. It was very quiet sleeping there and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

The only complaint we have is that the shower had one temperature & it was too hot to stand under for any length of time. We informed the front desk when we left & she said she’d notify maintenance. Other than that we’d stay again.

Quiet. Room was cold when we walked in, not stuffy. Staff was friendly and efficient. House keeping made up the beds, but forgot a flat sheet on one. Only 1 hand towel and bath towel in the room. shower curtain had mold on it. Sink and tub did not drain well at all. Hallways need vacuuming

One of the main things i check for when getting a hotel room is if it has a hot tub. This location had a hot tub but at no time was i notified or was it posted that the hot tub was out of service and from the looks of it has been for a long long time. If i had known this i proba ly would have chosen a different hotel. While not a major issue but was slightly annoying was the fact the tv in my room had a small chip in the screen which caused a white spot on the screen.

Breakfast The room smelled horrible-am awful mix of musty urine and smoke. The carpet was perpetually damp and very worn. The blankets were paper thin and the bathroom felt dirty
