What I didn't like is that when the AC in our room would come on, it sounded like there was a storm happening outside.

It would have been nice to have a heads up about the renovation. The original staff I spoke with were great and very nice. The individual I spoke with today was not nice and not helpful with a situation that occurred.

It was presentable from the outside Room wasn’t clean. The closet door wouldn’t close. Mirror on the wall improperly installed. No pool.

The hotel was very clean despite being amist remodeling.

Nice and quiet. People were all very kind. They had renovations going on, which they told us up front, but it never interrupted our stay.

Location First room air conditioner did not work. S3cond reem air conditioner was very noisy like parts rubbing against each other. Shower did not work had to take bath. Toilet lid screw covers missing. Most outdated room and tv i have ever seen. It is way overpriced for what you get.

I tried calling the number for reservations but Talked to someone else. Pricie online with 3rd companies giving better prices. I I did try to make reservations with Hampton. I did not get my rewards even if I am a Hilton rewards member. Clerk would not give me even a water bottle.

Room smelt musty and shower had no water pressure. After check-in a maintenance employee walked into my room without knocking, I believe the room was marked as do not book, due to shower issue or no water pressure, and no hot water. I will not ever stay at this hotel in any of my future trips to Hobbs.

There wasnt anything I didnt like. The only thing was I wish there was a little more variety for breakfast.

Booked a room with a pull out couch for our daughter and needed to call for extra pillows and blankets which could have been in the room

Our room was very clean the mattress was pretty comfortable the pillows were not so comfortable they do go down pretty flat I like to have a little bit more support so better pillows would make this day and excellent one!
