The staff was very friendly and helpful. I don’t know if it was just a bad weekend but the keys were not working we had have someone open our door for us each time we went out. And also the hot tub was not working. Other than it was good the lady working the breakfast was amazing she made sure everyone was good. !!! I know things happen but it was kind of a bother to not have access to your room and have to wait for someone to open the room for us. But thanks to the hard working people here at this place they did there very best . !!! Also the curtains in the room did not stay open . place was very clean.

It was under construction/remodeling and I don’t like dust and noice

Staff was rude, hotel under construction Nothing worked, elevators kept going out. All ice machines didn’t work. Hot tub broken. Ran out of towels, gave us the mat towels to use. Put a sign of pool out of order because kids were having fun jumping in. $15 breakfast per person

Not a very good experience for being a garden inn hotel. First off my night staff was very rude, she told me that they were sold out and put me in a room I did not reserve. After my reservation was made months in advance. And said if I didn't like it I could leave and go somewhere else. Then they move me the following day to another room. The place was dirty under construction no parking available just a horrible experience. I will never stay here again.
