Comfort Suites Hobbs

I had a great experience thanks to Jade at Comfort Suites. She was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest from the moment I arrived. It’s clear she genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. Thank you, Jade, for making my stay such a pleasant one. I would definitely stay here again because of the outstanding service you provided!

1st I understand this is in a high oil field area and price is going to be outrageous. However, this does not by any means warrant the price we paid. Breakfast was terrible. The eggs looked so bad and like they could be bounced like a rubber ball. The gravy and biscuits were cold and there was no microwave to heat them. The sausage while tasted ok looked very suspicious and not browned well at all. The hallways and public area were hot and felt luke a sauna. The room really could be updated. Not worth the price at all. I have stayed in many Comfort Inns that are much nicer and the price is better.

Location was great Elevators were broken and nothing was available. Ice machine was broken. Very annoying. I didn't even stay the whole night.

Checking in we were greeted by a group of oilfield workers hanging around the front door and not letting you in. The initial receptionist was friendly, but she was the only one. There was a clerk in training, but they were left alone. When we got to the room the furniture was old, torn and uncomfortable. The desk chair was wobbly. The bedspread had black marks and makeup (I hope) on it. The thermostat was hard to figure out. We had to leave it on 77 to 78 which would freeze you or burn up depending on the minute. The bathroom had hair everywhere. When you used the water in the sink, the cold water came out super hot and you had to wait until it got cold. I know hotels are not the most quiet rooms, but you could hear people changing their minds. This is the second time we have tried this hotel and it will be our last for sure.

I simply wanted to take the time to thank your staff for their excellent customer service. They were amazing, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. The only issue I experienced was a gentleman yelling around 2:00 a.m., but I understand that was outside of the hotel’s control.

I called 3/4 times trying to figure out all details for the room and all but one of the employees was very nice over the phone That they canceled my booking charged me for the booking then said they had nothing in their system with my name and THEN. they said they didn’t have rooms anyway but the said it all was over a local deposit I had a issue paying which was absolutely not the case

The room was nice and well kept and the service lady was super nice I believe her name was Tiffany Nothing really

Rooms did not look as nice as the pictures online. Breakfast was cold and hardly had anythung available. Water for coffee and tea was cold. No hot water available.

front desk was incompetent and very rude

I liked how clean the facility was. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and always smiling. The washer machine on the first floor was not working. I was reimbursed for the amount of $1.50.
