Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Hobbs

This place was okay, the A/C cooled well but was loud and noisy, the shower pressure was good, there was plenty of parking, breakfast was ok. The room was a little dirty, there was hair on the towels and in the shower, the sheets had stains when the cover was lifted, and the bed was not very comfortable. Nice accomadation is if you check in online, you literally just walk up to the front desk and pick up your key upon arrival.

Friendly office staff and cleaning crew. The property is well maintained and convenient that they offer kitchen items for use during your stay. We had two rooms for a 10 day stay and no complaints at all! Our room and our employees room were well kept and convenient.

Feeling kicked out of the Baymont by Wyndham up the street, Hawthorn Extended Stay was nice enough to let me upgrade to a suite, for a few extra dollars and not make me wait till the 3pm check-in for my initial reserved room, which wasn’t ready, but staff smoothed everything out…

Great place to stay very clean and great staff

The room was very clean, there was ample parking, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff was super friendly—especially the housekeeping staff, who were lovely people. The receptionists weren't particularly attentive, though they weren't rude either; they just weren't very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thank you very much.

aAter a long drive was told we would need a security deposit of $150!!! Upon checking our cr card acct saw that it was charged immediately! Terrible customer service, place was basic at best. VERY reluctatnt to stay at a Wyndam property again-not up to your standards. Could not believe Expedia would approve such a property. Very disappointed to say the least.

Great breakfast and comfortable room!

Overall the stay was excellent,the rooms were nice and clean, housekeepers were awesome, service was better than expected, only issue I had was the young girl, at the front desk, shes very rude, and I believe she needs to be trained better bcuz she doesn't know how to check in people, she charged my card for one night almost 300 when I paid for it online,and when I tell her she responded well what do u want me to do about refund u or wat???? Well first off don't b rude ur mistake not mine so talk to me with a different tome second of all, well ya I want a refund y am j gonna pay twice for one night, rolled her eyes and said well I don't know how, well figure it out them

The staff was very helpful and accommodating when our door was messed up, and even moved us to a different room. Very nice staff and very clean and comfortable beds as well. Will definitely book again!

I got a rash all over my arms and back from the sheets.

Clean and comfy

There isn’t a pool, need more variety of hot beverages dining space is kind of small but works

Key locks were worn out and keys (cards) had to be programmed multiple times. The hotel is worn down and in need of repairs. The staff was great. The doors on the refrigerator was put on backwards and should be changed.

Breakfast was great fresh. Parking was good and parking lot has lots of lighting what I like. Staff was great friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great stay.

I ternet has failures. So not constant

The staff was wonderful and the room itself was clean, but the hallway carpeting was filthy. Minimal amenities in the room, no coffee pot but they did provide fresh coffee in the lobby around the clock. No furniture besides the bed and office chair.

The thing that I liked about the property was the location next to a gas station and really close to a dennys I didn’t like the staff treating the lobby like a party yelling at 2am and my second room the tvs didn’t work but in the other one they did called and nothing was done to fix it
