I didn’t spend time in the casino but the room very clean. The parking spaces for the hotel were hard to come by due to the casino being in close proximity to the hotel. Overall, the experience of staying here was outstanding.

It was just okay. Rooms are dated, and staff seemed not to know what was going on at check-in. It was 5 pm, and rooms were not available. They acted as if they had never checked anyone in. Small lobby full of people. Room lost internet connection for hours, and TV was down for hours. Hotel and casino smelled like smoke; poor ventilation. Much better hotel/casino options in NM.

Very disappointing experience. Check-in time was supposed to be 4 o’clock and we were not let into a room until after five… That was already frustrating. (Especially after driving hours to get there.) Then we had a situation with staff that was beyond frustrating. Half of the machines at the casino were down… Just a disaster from the start.

The locks on the room doors did not work well. The lock on the entrance door to the hotel room floor was broken. Those were safety issues. The staff was amazing and so helpful. The bedding and towels were so comfortable. Hated the smoke smell in the caseno. Would have spent more time there. The Steakhouse was delicious and the bar staff superb. AC was the best. Thanks for a great visit!

The rooms were comfy. The staff was amazing. The hallways were hot and muggy but luckily the air in the rooms were great.

Hotel was decent enough. The carpet was pretty dirty throughout the hallways and it smelled like weed in the lobby and in the hall. That's not technically the hotel's fault but it is a terrible first impression and if the hotel isn't enforcing a no smoking policy, that is on them. Fine hotel if you are in a pinch or are there for the casino. Otherwise, there are a lot of other options around town.
