No body lotion in the room. Ran out of regular coffee at 8 am and the refill was lighter than decaf.

TV did not work. They tried to repair but only one station was visible. No one answered the phone. I gave up after 4 tries. Very understaffed hotel.

Alberto and Ericka were amazing 👏 Sadly, I encountered some issues. First, the bathroom ceiling was leaking. It got fixed but it took time. Secondly, the night before we had to check out. The room locked itself from the inside, so we could not get into our room. Then it took like half and hour to fix the problem. We were offered reward points that we will never use. The management never showed up next day to say sorry. I definitely not coming to this hotel ever. 😡😡😡😡😡

The staff connected us with the owner of a nearby restaurant who cooked for us even though it was closed.

I was very happy with the staff , Alberto was the best very helpful and kind . He is a great person for the job :) Just the taxi drive in . But thats not your fault .

We stayed here but our kids was a great quiet thing. The young man that checked us in was so great. I wish I got his name, he was super kind and got me checked in quickly. My daughter enjoyed the hot breakfast. The pool was nice and cool for a quick dip for the kids. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Mount Prospect.
