The lobby was beautiful! Open and modern with a cozy feel. Plenty of space to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee, with tall windows and plenty of light. Even though the time I spent here was a busy time at the hotel, it didn’t feel busy. People had plenty of space to move about, sit at the mid sized bar/restaurant and order a meal or enjoy the pool. The rooms were quiet and spacious, very clean and up-to-date with helpful, friendly staff.

Check in process was smooth and easy. All throughout the stay was fantastic aside from one night where the sink suddenly had water that doesn’t go down. Luckily, even without maintenance, the front desk was very helpful and resolved the issue. Kudos to you!

The shower in the room (handicapped accessible room) was terribly designed. Every time anyone would shower, the whole bathroom would flood. Not fun.

This is where I stay when in Chicago. The staff are amazing! Rooms are nice and the beds are comfy.

The overall stay was nice, however our room was dirty. Specifically the bathroom had contacts lying next to the trash, along with the stem of a strawberry. Everything else was ok, sort of motel level for a hotel honestly.
