Maybe just the room I was given but upon arrival, stepping on the floor anywhere near/in the bathroom, water would seap out of the flooring. It's clearly been an issue for some time as the bottom of the bathroom door was rotted away. Otherwise, no issues.

Great staff, clean room, parking right in front of rooms mostly, easy and convenient little shop and free coffee.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT STAY HERE THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED THOROUGHLY I BOUGHT MY OWN CLEANING SUPPLES AND THANK GOD I DID! SHEETS HAS HOLES IN THEM AS WELL AS THERE WERE NOT ENOUGH TOWEL FOR THE PEOPLE THAT BOOKED THERE MY SECURITY DEPOSITED WAS KEPT DUE TO ME USING THEIR TOWELS. AND WE WERE WERE DISRESPECTED AND CALL DIRTY IN THE LETTER THAT WAS EMAIL STAFF WAS UNPLEASANT HOUSEKEEPING WAS RUDE AND NASTY TO US NEVER WOULD I EVER SPEND MY MONEY WITH ANY LOCATION LIKE THIS AGAIN

Location Everything was horrible plus the staff was trying to over charge me and they were hell bent on keeping my deposit

Room smelled like mold and we can feel the wetness on floor. Staff is not available at property but available remotely. Not a happy experience.

It was a great experience thinking of coming back

The location was the only good thing We arrived after 9pm and half the parking lot was roped off, there wasn't a single parking spot open for us so I had to go back in to ask where to park. They opened the other side, about 30 cars had to park there so I'm not sure where the hell they expected all those people to park without opening up that other side, it shouldn't have been blocked to begin with. The deadbolt on our door was rusty and loose, the door didn't look like it closed securely, there were a bunch of small hairs on the sheets in our bed, I am in a walking boot for an injury and they put us in the absolute furthest room from the elevators. At midnight someone was knocking on our door, scaring my daughter. The TV only gets about 3 channels and there's no guide or anything to know what ones are what. When I was checking in another guest came in angry and said that they'd given him a room that was already occupied and he walked in on a mother and daughter. The room was humid and the bed and sheets were terribly uncomfortable. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all. We ended up leaving on Saturday morning and not staying for our second night even though I had already paid for it.

There isn't a live person; you have to deal with a person on video. Looks like an ATM machine. The smoke alarms went off in our room, and I called the office, but they hung up on me. I had to call the fire department. I never heard back from the office. No live person. I would never come to Red Roof again. How can you not have a customer service person?

The kitchen is mini fridge and microwave. That is not a kitchen. Only face on screen. No person at desk

I honestly stayed in better. There were ants everywhere, but they sprayed when I went to run errands. Besides that, it was what you expect for the cost and too far from the city. I wouldn’t stay there again!
