The hotel itself was clean. I didn’t not feel safe here and wouldn’t recommend it for a female traveling alone.

Even though it is a budget location....the office, room and grounds were dirty and not well kept......I was scolded by an individual for not using the "automated" check in kiosk.....it was a port when needed, but if needed again, I'll sleep in a car first.

5 night stay for nearby festival. Room was as described. Would stay again.

Mold smell and wasn’t able to get a room. Refunded granted by Red roof inn administration but the audacity for them to charge a cleaning fee. Health dept needs to come and shut them down

Convenient location, reasonable price. The room immediately smelled of cigarette smoke, which was odd, given you had to sign off on it being a no smoke facility at the risk of a $100 charge.

Bigger frige with big freezer that the plus everything else is excellent

The room was very very dirty. The shower curtain was torn. Only 1 towel in room. Traveled back home that day and went straight to the doctor. Rashes all over my body. Doctors claims they are bed bug bites.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable The bottom of bed was metal and whenever you accidentally hit the bottom of the bed it would make a loud noise.

Everything about this hotel is Great. The front office staff are very accommodating and helpful. The rooms and the property are very clean and comfortable. I travel a lot and this hotel is definitely one of my favorite places to stay at. Another Great thing about the hotel is its location. It is seconds away from the highway either heading into Chicago or going the opposite direction towards Rockford. I honestly have been coming here for at least 9 or 10 years and will continue to come back to this Red Roof always!!! I can't think of literally one thing i don't like about this hotel.

This hotel is a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms. I would highly recommend you staying here. The people at the front desk are very accommodating.

Mold behind the bed and ceiling leaking told management and was told that’s ok

Check in is through a computer screen with a line of people trying to check in behind you. Everyone was aggravated. Also they charge 100 deposit.
