Poor internet. Ver poor TV channel options. Towels were small and not comfortable. AC was hit & miss

I wish they offer microwaves in more of there rooms. Especially when you sell frozen dinners at the front desk. I also encounter a issue with me calling to insure I was able to book a room without having my id because I lost it a week ago before I booked the room. I called the hotel to make sure I can show a picture of my I.d. before I made a payment. The clerk insured me that it was fine . When I got there to check in the same clerk who answered the phone was saying that it was nothing she could do if I didn't have an I.d. The other Co-worker said that it was fine to get the picture off my cellphone as long as I send it through email. If it wasn't for her coworker I would have been out of $200, because she didn't know the Policy of Red roof and wasn't going to give me a room.Thanks to her Coworker a great guy 👍💪 for standing up when someone else is wrong.

Avoid this place. The fire alarm went off twice for no reason, it needs to be replaced. The tub had bugs under it needs to be sealed. There is no person in the front it’s replaced with a remote person, the hotel seeming to want to save money at the expense of customer service. Stayed 4 days no one came to pick up the trash, to clean, or to check on anything. Management is completely absent and the ONLY reason i had to stay was because my grandma was at the st alexius hospital a block away. I will add, the management reached out the first day with a generic text, i replied and no answer. What a waste, again, do not come avoid this place. Thank you

Upon arrival, and checking in to hotel room, had no issues at all. Any staff I’ve come across were polite. Room was all clean, had amenities (that was more than just towels), utilities worked and is bug free. I did enjoy my week stay, and hope any future travelers have a similar experience as well.

Bathroom smelled like urine, the room smelled musty coming through the door, a stained towel hanging over the toilet that was supposed to be fresh & the bed is next to the door from an outside corridor.

The hotel itself was clean. I didn’t not feel safe here and wouldn’t recommend it for a female traveling alone.

Even though it is a budget location....the office, room and grounds were dirty and not well kept......I was scolded by an individual for not using the "automated" check in kiosk.....it was a port when needed, but if needed again, I'll sleep in a car first.

Mold smell and wasn’t able to get a room. Refunded granted by Red roof inn administration but the audacity for them to charge a cleaning fee. Health dept needs to come and shut them down

Convenient location, reasonable price. The room immediately smelled of cigarette smoke, which was odd, given you had to sign off on it being a no smoke facility at the risk of a $100 charge.

Bigger frige with big freezer that the plus everything else is excellent
