Close to things we were trying to do in the area Where do I start.. Starting with the initial check in, room wasn’t ready at said time. The staff didn’t seem rude more so the people who were waiting for their rooms. Walking into main hallways you got the reek of marijuana and smoke. Almost get the vibe of a drug-house. Felt uncomfortable just with that vibe bringing my two small children there. The room had stained walls with what looked to be blood and/or dried food or a different bodily fluid.. disgusting. Sheets had stains on them as well. The a/c unit in our room was rusted and had a musty smell coming from it, brought in our car refresher to clip on, didn’t help much. Keycard kept not working and had to go to front desk to get it reactivated multiple times. Wasn’t a luggage cart “available” so my bf and I grabbed as much stuff as we could and lugged it to the room along with our baby in a carrier and 3 year old. Woke up at 12AM to the smell of marijuana seeping into the room, again, we have two small children. The bathroom didn’t contain a tub so I couldn’t comfortably give my baby a bath. Tried finding the “breakfast room” and never got to it. Overall, not a place I’d go to again, seems like the guests don’t care about the place just as much as the cleaning crew. Will never stay at a place like this again. It was a last minute two days before booking, but still, pay the extra 50-80 to stay at a nicer place, we couldn’t get out of this place fast enough.

The next morning I was awakened to them banging on my door because they had to test fire alarms. The initial man who knocked was quite rude. Though there was a full kitchenette, it was not very accommodating. The microwave didn't work at all, there were only 2 forks and 1 giant spoon, no pots or pans. And everything in the room was loud-the ac, the fridge, etc. Overall, it was pretty run down. The saving grace were the kind front desk workers who seemed worked off their feet. Can't recommend, sadly.

Need to complete the maintenance before allocating rooms, three times the ac repair people came & left dirt & housekeeping doesn't clean it immediately

It was a good stay, the fact that it had a kitchenette was amazing, we could make our own meals. There is no direct public transport and it's a bit away from things like restaurants, pharmacies, groceries, etc. They offer coffee and tea in the mornings and there is no housekeeping if your stay is shorter than 7 days. Other than that, we are happy with our stay!

The door doesnt lock and no maintenance to fix it. We were refunded because there s no other room .

Clean, quite and very spacious Everything was nice

Need morning breakfast. When we booked in the website says morning breakfast and house keeping should change towels and bedsheets at least once in two days. Thanks

Property upgrade is well underway and it is now worthy of a great review. Staff are proud of their workplace. My room was newly renovated clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel website as well as my account looking up hotels on Expedia indicated Free Breakfast . There is no breakfast area nor any amenities to buy breakfast. Just coffee at entrance..This is 100% false advertising to get people like me to book their stay with them. This was a business trip and I have NO TIME to go sit at a restaurant off site. Expect compensation

The hotel looks nice after an apparent remodelling, but the room had a full size bed rather than a queen. I mentioned this while checking out, and five or six staff members at the front desk all claimed they had no full beds, which was clearly untrue. More significantly, the mattress was very springy and flattened in the center and should be replaced. They also had it located against a wall, which I've never seen in a hotel room before. The bed should be centered on the wall with the end table by the wall, which should have occurred to them during the remodel so the headboard could be changed or the light fixture relocated higher.

Newly renovated, well staffed. Good place.
