Great staff and clean rooms!

The staff was very helpful and I really liked the decor of the room.

Clean room , good staff

We stayed there 4 days. We had 6 people and was provided 3 towels each, We arrived Thursday left on Sunday. The first guy he was super friendly elderly gentleman. We went to the front on Friday night asking for more towels and this other guy he’s a different guy. He was rude as hell. He’s bigger and wears glasses. He told the receptionist not to give us anymore towels and for the receptionist to make sure she gets our room numbers because we came to request for more towels. Mind you we had 6 people in each room and we booked two rooms. Then he said they come clean the room every other day and will bring us more towels. Well that never happened. No new towels and no one came to clean our room. Then the next day the white lady she told my sister to not get a lot of food and to save it for others. Like what?! We never had this kind of experience before. She got two plate- one for her and one for her kids. Like what?! 100% will not recommend this hotel to no one.

Better breakfast selection would be nice (mainly protein).

Nice hotel in a good location. The front desk lady was extremely rude; however, the overall hotel experience was good.

The room, bathroom were clean, comfortable. The linens on the bed were dingy, old looking. The coverlette looked shabby as did the surround around the bed. The room was on the end next to the exit and across from the elevator. Very noisy. Disappointing. The food in the morning was terrible.

The property location The room smelled very bad like the plumbing was bad. The room provided was not as requested in the initial booking. Breakfast was extremely crowded with people that we had to go eat breakfast somewhere else.

we had a wrongly allocated room. we were allocated a room for 2 kids and 2 adults with a king room, no pullout sofa or rollout bed. Between the hotel manager and hotels.com this was totally messed up. The hotel manager refused to change the room type unless I paid 100$ more than what was par for room with 2 queen beds for room in that vicinity with better amenities. Only one towel in the bathroom, tiny trash cans in the room, ice machines non functional on many floors.

1. Why are handicapped accessible rooms the farthest away from the front desk and elevator? 2. The grab bar in the shower was not attached at the bottom so you could not hold onto it without possibly ripping it off the wall. 3. TV channel selection was rather limited.

Everything was great! Breakfast was pretty bland.

Everyone was courteous and the room was clean. The beds were comfortable as well. Not much or anything
