Very old and not well maintained

This hotel is pretty basic, but it was reasonably priced, clean, the staff was helpful, and they served breakfast. Don't let the iffy exterior fool you, it's a great place to stay in Holbrook.

Stop by last minute stop to sleep since we were all tired staff was very friendly. Rooms were so clean and bed was very comfortable definitely would stay there again.

I really needed a ground floor room for a neck surgery recovery victim. It wasn't granted and her pin soared exponentially.

Very good beds! Breakfast area was clean and offered a fair assortment of usual fare. Location convenient. No fuss check in check out. It was quiet. So no complaints.
