Charming old motel in an excellent location near diners and other businesses. The managers were very helpful with all my questions and needs. The room I had was clean and well appointed with a fridge microwave dinning table and chairs etc. There was no coffee maker in the room though. Overall my stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Nothing No one in office at check in- waited 30 minutes Inability to get responses from booking. Com Professionalism of motel staff No ice machine-was told by motel the Corcle K next door gives ice for free because property is in Navajo land and provides as a service to the community because of poor water quality - Circle K was surprised when I told them this Stains in bathroom tub A/c took most of night to cool down room No towel racks in bathroom Room furnishing in poor condition Outside lighting non existant

So I got there about one in the morning I made my reservation with Booking.com, but for some reason, there was no available rooms. So of course I called Booking.com first they canceled my reservation and sent me a list of Google places around the area that I could pick up from and they would make up to $50 in price difference which I thought was great. I was talking to Booking.com. The lady came out and said there was a room, but since Booking.com had already canceled, they were sending my money back therefore I couldn’t reopen the reservation by this time, it was already about 2 o’clock in the morning was tired and the staff there just gave me the key to the room and let me deal with it all the very next day, which I thought was wonderful places a bit rundown hopefully they bring it back up to par. I would stay there again. You understanding of the staff

The location Unsafe...Extension cords strung across walls. A cover over the wiring connections for a baseboard heater was not fastened down. It was just laying against the heater frame. Unclean...The floor was filthy.

Nothing it was completely unsafe and bad. We did not stay. First of all the pictures that is on your website is a complete big lie. It is a old ran down place with busted out motel sign. We almost passed the place. It looks like a ran down apartment. It’s very nasty and completely dark. We did not stay we were completely scared and felt unsafe. We totally lost money on this and I think it’s sick that they could post pictures and people book knowing this is not what this place is like.

Nice and clean facility. Conveniently located walking distance from a diner. The surrounding property is a bit sketchy and someone has a rooster. Needless to say, I didn't sleep in much.

They said that Expedia never contacted them about my need to cancel. ImThey said I could have cancer it Last Friday with no problem. Expedia said they would take care of it, but instead, just denied my request for cancelling and said it was non refundable. I doubt I'll be using Expedia again.

It was a spot with 3 full size beds in a room, but this isn't a hotel anymore from what I understand. Staff was friendly!

This is a wonderful community where the caring for others is the norm not the exception. They welcomed me in open arms. Had a wonderful 4th, most excellent cook out and wonderful people sharing and caring. Way more than i expected. Thanks Only thing i didn't like was how short the days are when you meet new friends,

We booked a room but when we got there we were told that "we do not have a room for you."

I have never had a person who works in the service industry be as rude to me as the front desk person was. I called a few hours ahead of time to let them know that I was going to be arriving around 10pm. Upon arriving, I rang a doorbell. The front desk person who answered the door ripped the portable doorbell out of the holder and yelled at me. She continued to be extremely rude during the check in process. Once I got to my room, I found that no working light bulbs were in any table lamps or chandeliers. Rather than deal with the inhospitable front desk clerk yet again, I left and checked into Best Western.

We were met at as we got out of the car to check in …..told that there was no reservation for us. I hadn’t even given my name. The office person acted like she really didn’t want our business at all. Complained that Hotels.com didn’t pay the hotel and she didn’t offer any ideas of how we were to get our money back. We had to go find other accommodations. The virtual agent for Hotels.com was Not helpful at all.

Photos did not match the room. Worst hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. Did not stay and left after 10 minutes to find ano

Agent at the counter was super helpful, but mentioned that their property does not associate with Expedia anymore but she allowed me to stay anyways. I think someone needs to remove the property from your search engine

They change the price when we got there. She told me tell after she ran my card and no refund ? ?
