- Nice room - Kind staff - My neighbor has been watching TV day and night, it was very loud even in my room. No idea when he went to sleep

Staff was able to assist in adjusting reservation to a day early which was a chore that required her supervisor approval.

The air condition unit was really loud. I ended up turning it off. Then the mini fridge was also loud. I had a hard time falling asleep, then the alarm went off at midnight. The Spa was cold and the pool was freezing.For those leaving early , don't have your child talking right outside peoples doors. My stay would of been a lot better if the units weren't so noisy. Tired traveler.
