The air condition unit was really loud. I ended up turning it off. Then the mini fridge was also loud. I had a hard time falling asleep, then the alarm went off at midnight. The Spa was cold and the pool was freezing.For those leaving early , don't have your child talking right outside peoples doors. My stay would of been a lot better if the units weren't so noisy. Tired traveler.

Location in Holbrook. Lots of noise of various types. The guests up stairs aren’t really buffaloes, they just sound like them.

The property was easy to access and the a/c was great. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The room looked very cheap and old and the price reflected that. The ice machine did not produce a satisfactory amount of ice for one cup. There was no hot water for showering at the nighttime. The hairdryer requires you to hold down a button the entire time you were using it. The toilet is so small that is difficult for a man to use it while seated.

Didn't make breakfast each day. Location was ok. The room was little tight ( not roomy). TV wasn't working properly. Needed a little more updating especially bathroom fixtures n sink.

Staff was very friendly. I lost something, contact them and they helped me arrange a pickup by ups. The item was very important to me. I received it a couple of days ago and couldn't be happier.

The pool was actually open and the hot tub nice and hot. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were pleasant. Parking spaces were too small. If you are going to cater to big truck drivers, then you need to get larger spaces or make the big trucks park elsewhere

The location relative to the national park was good. The room was good size. Overall, very good for the price. The staff was always friendly and helpful Breakfast was very limited. Some yogurt or fresh fruit would be great. In general, restaurants in Holbrook are really limited, especially for vegetarians. Not the hotel's fault, of course.

The sign-in desk clerk & the Hdpkg Lady were very accommodating!!! Everything was fine
