Motel 6 Holbrook, AZ

No air conditioning , poor room lighting. Bathroom floor tile needed repair.

The room was very clean, AC nice and cold, hot shower with great water pressure. Easy check-in and helpful staff. We will stay here again.

The room was small like weed, walls were wed, very stinky, I have traveling with my 2 small daughters and we where never been so disappointed

It was just for the night at a work conference. It suited my needs

Great location with a great view for sunsets. Nice courtyard around the pool to sit outside and unwind.

N/a Room cleanliness

It was a last minute stay. I wasn't completely prepared, the front desk lady was helpful and patient. There was plenty of parking. The room was clean.

No breakfast offered. The room was exceptionally clean.

The pool was filthy and unusable. There were adults all over the entire campus partially clothed, openly smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol. Mattresses were the low quality. Missing electrical covers.

First room smelled rotten. Asked for new room and staff was very helpful. Second room smelled great, a/c worked great but there was no bedding and the bathroom was dirty. Decided to stay in second room as I had my own bedding and wasn’t sure the next room would be better.

Chambre pas très propre, aucune air climatisée malgré que c'était mentionné, les lits avaient des poils on a du changer les draps. Un hotel avec potentiel, mais besoin un peu d'amour.

I check in at the motel and went to my room. I saw a bed bug on the bed. So I just cancel my stay and I left. So becareful check around for bed bugs when u check in room.

Let of just hanging outside like they live on the property and drinking and possibly drug activity. A little on the scary side was even afraid for my safety. Door lock was broken

Nothing Beds are old and uncomfortable. Thermostat didn't work. Toilet seat was loose. Broke cover for bathroom lights. Pool was filthy.

I had to find another location. The room had bed bugs, holes in the floor, a broken toilet, and other insects. When the condition was brought to the staff's attention, they refused to do anything about it. They would not even offer another room. They simply said that's what you get. Still waiting for Hotel.com to issue a refund. They are still investigating.

Not sure. I felt like I had to have someone on the phone with me when I walked to my car. I felt unsafe. Nothing happened to me. Just lots of people outside sitting and watching. Scary me

Cute little place. Pool looked nice! Rooms were well Taken care of.
