I had to find another location. The room had bed bugs, holes in the floor, a broken toilet, and other insects. When the condition was brought to the staff's attention, they refused to do anything about it. They would not even offer another room. They simply said that's what you get. Still waiting for Hotel.com to issue a refund. They are still investigating.

Cute little place. Pool looked nice! Rooms were well Taken care of.

Room smelled badly but ther was no other options. Patron on second floor yelling and had cat. Never again.

The staff was great the ac didn’t work in the one room so they moved us to a new room. Property was clean and very pet friendly. It is very safe no problem walking your dog around at night and you don’t have to worry about your vehicle

I had to wait an extra hour beyond normal check-in time because the housekeepers were running behind. When I got access to my room there was an absolutely horrible yet unidentifiable smell that made my room barely tolerable. The floors had residual cleaning fluid, and the towels and the sheets were super old. Some of the towels were not even white. Yuck!

First place I have come to that I walked into the room and it smelled of pee, did not look clean and had power strips hanging out other units’ windows to charge things….

The air conditioning wasn't working and the room was very hot; this would be the last time I stay at this hotel.

They were prepared for our arrival. But the air-conditioning did not work. They changed us to a different room where it did work. But there was no shampoo, conditioner or toilet paper in the room. We did obtain it from the front desk.

The WiFi was not secured and stopped working early in the stay. I wondered if the "man in the middle" scam was going on with the internet connection. The mattress was bad on one side and needed to be replaced.

I arrived when it was dark out and I almost didn’t notice housekeeping or someone else left the first floor window wide open. There wasn’t even a screen and it was hidden by the curtain so I could have had an intruder come in overnight. I’m a female solo traveler so this hotel put me in serious danger.

The first room we got did not have air conditioning and it smelled like smoke but the they gave us another much better room. The only negative was the loud people outside at night.

I was able to park closer to the room, the place was quiet and the fridge was a plus keeping my water cold. The television did not work
