The gal at the check in text was not very friendly, the shower water was not hot, the air conditioner was very noisy...the breakfast was nice. I wouldn't stay there again.

The room was clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was typical. The parking was available and close to the building. The room rate seemed a bit high for what was provided.

Horrible, we arrived early asked if room was ready, they had no one to check us in for early arrival, which was not that big of a deal, we asked to sit in lobby out of scorching heat with our severely disabled daughter ( on machine and in diapers) while we waited. Was told NO, you have to wait outside, lobby was open. I explained our daughter and still a big fat No. Finally was able to check in and they gave our king mobility suite away, which we booked and paid for a month in advance. They moved us three days prior to a double queen non handicapped room. Was still charged for the king and told to talk to Expedia not their problem. Expedia offered to move us but could not lift my daughter yet again and she needed to lay flat asap ( metal rod in back). Expedia credited us 75.00 for next booking. We have traveled across the US 8 times in 2 years and only stayed at la Quinta’s. Amarillo is awesome! I have stayed at the Holbrook one every time and each visit gets worse. Room smelled of human dirty bathroom, clean but a smell, side door to out side does not lock at night so safety is now a concern. So upset by their lack of caring for repeat visitors and definitely their treatment for special needs. Lost a customer for sure.

Best hotel in town. In pretty good condition. Breakfast was standard, but pretty mediocre. Front desk help was curt, rude, not helpful. Took a phone call in the middle of my being checked on.

Everything was amazing. Please teach staff to properly greet guest that are coming in from a long trip, other than that the property is clean and excellent

This hotel room had the most electric outlets of anywhere we’ve ever stayed and we so appreciated that!! Best one in the Holbrook area hands down!

Rooms are nice. Mattress was a little lumpy. The pool was also nice. It had a nice view. We did notice if you, stink bug or cockroaches floating in the pool

Room was clean and staff was helpful. So grateful the property allows pets as we were traveling with our dog.
