Greentree Inn Holbrook

Just your basic room but for $92 a night what do you expect. It was clean, breakfast was really bad, no meat, no eggs, no fruit. I probably would not stay here again.

They wanted to charge me more money at check in. Asked about ice they wanted to charge me $ 5 ???? Finally got to the room and air conditioner needed maintenance, bed sheets had holes. Total place needs maintenance. Stay elsewhere plenty of better places nearby

The best was comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. It was a great experience as we were traveling through.

It's a clean inexpensive, no frills hotel. Breakfast is coffee, toast, oatmeal. It's just ok!

I just like Green Tree Inns

We can usually rely on Green tree to be a great stay. The breakfast isn't the best, but the rooms are more affordable so I get the breakfast options. and we did not eat this time. I like having a clean room, the mattress was pretty good as well which helps when you are traveling.

Great stay

This is a decent budget hotel if yo urge looking for an inexpensive overnight stay. Very basic. Very average.

Clean room. Renovated. Quiet

Parking was easy. Just an overnight at a Route 66 motel. It was good.

Front desk associate had little patience at checking her guests in. Speaking in a tone that sounded irritated, roughly asking for my information and almost throwing my Driver's License and Credit Card back before me on the counter. Not friendly or very welcoming at all. Room was clean, but could use a little more effort. Dust, small pieces of paper and visible crumbs between the beds and night stand, by the chair, and on floor by the beds. Bathtub and walls had visible pieces of hair. Tub was dark and could use some scouring powder like AJAX and scrubbed good. Bed was comfortable, but it must have a plastic protection pad on it because although the cooler was going, I was beginning to sweat. I had to get up multiple times and eventually covered it back up and slept on top of the comforter.

Everything was perfect except for the bed needed replacing. Also orange juice would be good.

Sparkling, clean rooms with supremely comfy bedding matched by friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Chelsey and Jody at the front desk for their good cheer!

Very clean room with fresh paint, quiet, safe area at edge of town, next to a good restaurant

Very nice staff at check-in and at breakfast. Roomy and comfortable rooms at a good price.

Clean rooms. Good for the price and for a quick stay while traveling. Only issue was the thin walls. Heard people upstairs walking around and could hear every conversation/ tv from adjoining room. Next door wasn't being loud or obnoxious and luckily they went to sleep when we did. Just could hear everything.

Luggage access to room is not easy, being no flat surface for wheels

Awful place , room was dirty stained sheets and lots of hairs, ridiculous dirty floor had to keep my shoes on, AC was smelly couldn’t turn it on. Walls were beat up. No maintenance. Was missing toilet paper holder. Would not recommend this place.
