Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham

Wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed at but no where near worth the $126 I paid. I’ll never stay at a Baymont again. The roof was falling off. The paint was horrible. Just not impressed at all.

Property needs upgrading. Breakfast was minimal and little provided, however, good enough to get something in your stomach. Indoor pool needed some attention. Needed linen for pullout bed as it was not in room the room. Everything worked in our room.

We did not stay the night because there was rat droppings in the sofa bed when we pulled it open. The bedsheets had stains. We just couldn’t stomach sleeping knowing rats had been in there for 3 nights. The lady at the front desk was very nice but she was not able to resolve the issue. We were wanted another room and was denied if we didn’t pay more. We asked for a refund and was denied. Expedia was able to get us a refund for the last 2 nights. We paid the one night even though we didn’t stay. We were willing to lose out on almost $400 for how bad it was

The front desk staff was so friendly and let us choose which room we wanted. The room was decent, though the entire hotel would do well to be renovated. The mirrors in the room were cloudy, one had fingerprints; not a huge deal. There was a HUGE spider in the sink, probably from the drain, but it's Arizona so I wasn't completely shocked. Breakfast is very sparse; there were three cereal dispensers that didn't work very well, a mini fridge with milk, microwaveable breakfast sandwiches (that are meant to stay frozen until cooking), and freezer waffles, there were also packaged pieces of bread for toast and bagels. The coffee was wonderful and the cereal sated me just fine. The beds were firm, the AC works, and again the staff was wonderful. All in all, we would stay here again.

It is convenient, staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but could use some much needed renovations. Very dated.

Great stay. Other than the fact that the place is in dire need of renovation, everything was terrific. Mina at the front desk was superb. Could have used a bit more light in the hot tub in the evening, but everything else was great. Basic breakfast was fine and check-in / check out was smooth.

The was dated but clean Inside the hotel was dated.. furniture in the room was worn and torn.. breakfast was a comedy.. plastic wrapped food you put in a microwave..last night's coffee and milk in an outdated gallon jug...staff did not speak good English and were difficult to understand... overcharged me on the Arizona hotel tax increase twice... The picture on booking.com was deceiving the exterior of this hotel needed groundskeeper work done

Very few options offered. We went somewhere else Eggs and some kind of breakfast meat would have been nice

Dirty, Staff was nice, breakfast sucked, Wifi weak.

Location was good with easy access. Paid for a deluxe suite that said bathrobes included but no bathrobes were found!

Nice place + beautiful area = this place a home away from home.

Convenient and all room access is inside for safety

Didn’t stay the night because of weather . Only there for a few hours. Looked like some rooms were updated . We got a room with old carpet. Heater smells old.
