The property is in a good location No comments

Made reservation for same day check in however received call from property around 5pm saying they had to cxl reservation bc the room was under construction. I had already been driving 4 hours to get there and had to book another hotel. Found this to be very unprofessional especially since everything is far away .

Yes, the parking lot is a bit beat up, yes there is a train track 100 yards away that runs throughout the night, but welcome to Holbrook. This is a no frills place, you get what you pay for. I would stay here again if I was passing through for the night.

There were some problems with the room, but staff was quick to resolve. The coffee had leftover coffee and the bath towels were very old and one had a hole in it. Both were replaced quickly. The bed was not the most comfortable although it was large. Plenty of water pressure and hot water. Parking was right in front of room so covenient. Not ideal for large trucks as it is narrow.

The room was incredibly clean and comfortable and the staff was great but the outside is very run down and Holbrook was not quite what we imagined it would be. The Natl Park was our main reason for making it a stop in our route and it did not disappoint.

breakfast would have been a nice addition

Dirty, needs a freshening up, cockroaches, just yucky

This Route 66 motel. Is exactly what you'd expect from this iconic type of room. Very spacious including a kitchen. Parking directly in front of the room is very convenient. Its close to attractions, The Painted Desert and the Petrified forest. A great dog park is close by.

It was horrible! Bad location, needs major updating, loud with trains

Cute hotel with a fun route 66 theme. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasantly friendly. The hotel is located very close to the railroad crossing and it's noisy when a train approaches the crossing. Parking could be an issue if you drive a large pickup truck. Parking with a trailer would be impossible.

Friendly staff Nothing

Room wasn't bad, and the price was great! Staff was very nice and very helpful. Parking was a bit rough. It is side slotted, and the parking is extremely tight between the 2 buildings. It is one way in, one way out, no backing in. If a lot of large trucks are parked, such as was my experience, the narrow driveway behind them becomes a situation where you have to reverse out into the road where you pulled in from. I have a tiny car. So there's that.

Very old and patched together. Bed was good

Needs better pillows

Fun and comfortable. Train noise wasn’t too bad but the parking lot is a challenge.

Brad's Desert Inn was a great stay! The rooms are clean, cute, and have a nostalgic Route 66 charm that makes the experience feel unique. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept great. I also appreciated the decent-sized TV, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Best of all, it was so affordable. If you're looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly place to stay in Holbrook, I'd definitely recommend it. The only downsides for me were the lack of an ice machine and the parking situation. The parking lot is quite small, and with today's larger vehicles, I was a little worried about waking up to a ding or dent on my car. That said, the cleanliness, comfort, and value more than made up for those minor inconveniences.

Historic Route 66 property. Trains running all the time.

This motel is very old. BUT! It was very clean and the furnishings were actually pretty nice. The beds were comfortable. For the money, it’s a nice deal. Well, it is right next to the train tracks and an astonishing number of trains went by sounding their horns. The A/C unit kid of muffled the noise. We had no trouble sleeping.

This was a pure quirky little route 66 motor Inn hotel like I remember from childhood. It was exceptionally clean, which I appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. I was treated well by the staff. Checkin and checkout was very easy. It was a perfect stop over on my road trip. There is nothing I didn’t like. My only caveat to that would be someone who expects a high-end hotel is not gonna be happy. It is kitchy with tons of old-school personality. Stay here for fun not for glamour.
