Everything was clean and newly renovated. The hot tub was out of order and the breakfast was limited to cold cereal, toast, juice and waffles. The staff was helpful. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

The room was clean. The room was nice and roomy to accommodate 5. The staff was friendly. The breakfast is to be as expected for a place like this not a lot but works . I wished they would have had some sort of fruit.

The pillows were horrible. Thin blankets. No coffee in the room. Everything else was good. Room clean

Clean and comfortable room. Got the "suite" which is basically 2 queens + a couch, but some needed extra space for our family of 4. Breakfast was just ok, but there was a waffle maker and coffee. Kinda far from the main part of town.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable! The floors had the look of wood, so easy to be kept clean. The waffles were delicious! The lobby and breakfast area need to be bigger. The surrounding walkways should be cleaner. It would be nice to have a protein with the breakfast.

Location and price. Also staff the greatest. Spa had been worked on earlier during the day and wasn't up to full heat yet.

Very little variety for breakfast. Rooms are narrow with no tables or really anywhere to sit.

The room was clean and cool and the bed was the most comfortable we’ve had on a nearly two-week roadtrip. The sheets were especially soft. It was also really quiet, which is hard to find in a hotel and I cannot overstate my appreciation for that. Loved the friendly and helpful night attendant. Proximity to petrified forest and Holbrook restaurants and shops was highly convenient. Don’t bank on the breakfast though; it’s adequate but you may be disappointed if you expect anything elaborate. Go to Tom & Suzie’s!

Hotel was clean, rooms were very large but very few toiletries. Front desk staff were very sterile, not very friendly and seemed bothered that we had children. There was a sign that stated no visitors or guest no exceptions. I have never seen this type of sign. Very off putting as I was expecting my son to come to the hotel to drop off my grandchildren. Breakfast was super basic and yes I understand it is a Continental breakfast. Definitely would not stay there again. Also pool hour are 2pm to 11pm which I thought was unusual.

Room was clean, comfortable, excellent shower size / water pressure etc. Our room was very quite. I'm a light sleeper and any noise wakes me up. No issues there. Everything was perfect for us and would highly recommend to anyone and would stay there again

We stayed one night with 5 of us and a dog and had a nice suite. Room was clean and comfortable. Indoor heated pool was nice but could be a little cooler. Breakfast was ok, simple coffee, juice, muffins, cereal, waffles and toast. For the price it was a nice stay.

Toilet was clogged when we checked in. Had to fix it myself, staff gave me a plunger. TV was not working. No signal, they came in room and fixed it for 5 minutes and went back off. Just seemed under staffed and didn't give a hoot.

Location

The staff was very nice. The indoor pool is heated and next to a nice hot tub. The breakfast is minimal, but all in all still good.

I have never experienced bed bug but we encounter them here at our stay with them, absolutely terrifying just be careful where you stay
