Loved our first time stay in Branson! Wonderful hotel, the staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Loy was absolutely wonderful, providing local recommendations and offering to assist with scheduling shuttle service. R can’t wait to go back!

The pool was closed after our first night stay. The beds and pillows were terrible. The room felt spacey for being 2 queens. The breakfast was ok. Plenty of choices but the taste wasn’t the best.

The property is beautiful, front desk was professional, breakfast was great. The room was a different story. The curtain must be completely open otherwise the ac blows straight up into the very large voluminous curtain and not into the room at all. The bed is a lowrider about a foot off the ground and the mattresses are set inside some kind of roomy wooden box atop a nest of old hair and dead bugs. The mattresses are like blankets on cardboard. The complimentary makeup remover was bone dry. Room 411 is right next to the elevator so there's a big boom as people come and go all night. Instead of the much needed sleep on a cloud after a very long trip, it was the worst sleep of my life.

The only thing I have a comment on was the size of the room. Small for 4 adults.

Breakfast was fresh, had great variety, and the staff were friendly!
-
Nice hotel, but way over priced. For $500 for 2 nights it was a basic hotel in Branson and definitely going off the Bass b Pro Shop name. Next time will rent a cabin.

great experience overall. Food was good from the morning cafe. The pool and hot tub were good, but pool seems a little shallow and hot tub seems small but still enjoyed. Staff was friendly and cleaning service did a great job overall keeping up with the cleanliness or the rooms and the common area. Would recommend to a friend.

Great atmosphere, clean room, comfy bed, superb breakfast and great customer service.

Everything was fantastic

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the highway with plenty of food and fuel options. The parking lot was well lit. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options. Hot food looked fresh and appetizing but I hit up the healthy grab and go options before making my way to Big Cedar Lodge.

The rooms and premises are always in top notch condition. Breakfast and the breakfast staff are incredible. I had two front desk attendants this visit and both were friendly and helpful. The one I saw the most, my mom brain forgot his name but I think it might have been Caleb? He sang happy birthday and gave my mother a gift and he also attended to the hot tub to make sure it was heating after maintenance had left from working on it.

The room was fine and the staff were great. There were 2 issues though. First, when we got to the place we were informed that Expedia doesn't show the $54 "resort fee" they stick us with. Being non-refundable, adding that on is false advertisement when it comes to the cost of staying there. Second, they made a big deal about their "real breakfast". It was your typical breakfast at every other hotel that has it....bulk scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, etc. Those two things were pretty disappointing. If you look at the price, do t be fooled like we were. They will hit you with fees that aren't advertised.

The room was spotless, welcoming, and comfortable. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had! The staff was helpful and very nice.
