Everything was very well maintained, clean and convenient location. Spacious rooms. The only drawback is no free Internet. WiFi was available at a ridiculous price.

The property was very nice. Updated with plenty of amenities. The kids loved the pool and basketball court. The condo itself had plenty of space for my family of 6. Good water pressure and the washer/dryer combo helped. For the price I was very annoyed that WiFi was not included. It was around $80 to use 6 devices for the week. You also had to pay to airplay to the TV. I have never stayed anywhere where that was needed.

-Drain in one bathroom sink was pooling. Needed a pipe cleaning -the Tv was not working correctly. It just kept playing ads and you couldn't change the channel. -there was no trash can in the kitchen and to trash bags

This was our second stay and we will return. One warning, the channel reception on TV is spotty for local channels. Both times we've stayed here we could not watch a sporting event on ABC or NBC because local Springfield channels were not working (though other cable channels were OK). This was kind of frustrating one night when my favorite team was playing on NBC.

Very clean and the staff was wonderful.

The condo was great. There was plenty of space for two adults and two kids. There was even a murphy bed that was actually quite comfy and could have slept two more people. My kids loved the tennis courts and pool. There were many things for them to do. While the facilities are great, my only complaint is that the toilets are low. There is no bar to assist you in getting up. I know I could have asked for a handicapped room, but I don't consider myself handicapped. Then my other complaint is just that there is no elevator. I hate carrying luggage up and down stairs. Other than that, fantastic stay.

Very nice

The staff was courteous and responded immediately to any needs.

I loved that it was a smaller property. The staff was super helpful and kind. The property was clean and well kept. Everything in the room worked, with the exception of the cable, but that wasn’t the property’s fault and it was fixed within hours. The only downside was that you could hear kids above us, but it’s to be expected.

Great place for a girls trip

Condo was so clean and nice. Balcony had a beautiful view of the golf course. Staff were so kind and accommodating and made sure we had anything we needed-even yummy homemade chocolate chip cookies! Grounds and facilities are well-maintained. Will definitely stay here for future Branson trips!

Nice fire place excellent. Rooms quiet, beds comfortable, grandkids loved the game room. Lots of room for daughter and grandchildren. This is our 2nd time staying here and we will stay again in the future.

NO ELEVATOR!!!! I was not aware if this when booking. One of our party just had knee surgery and had to climb stairs. I ask the older gentleman while checking in if he had a ground floor room and he immediately said “no” without even checking. There wasn’t 7 cars for our entire building and I know three of those rooms were upstairs so there had to have been ground floor rooms available. I explained the situation to the older gentleman and he wouldn’t even say a word. On top of that your showers better be quick or run out of hot water like we did the two nights we stayed. The room was nice and clean but will never stay here again.

Nice, quiet and clean

they were great.

The WiFi is technically not free. However, we were provided a code to utilize WiFi later. Upon check-in, there is a salesman attempting to persuade you into a meeting and membership. Other than those two items, the place was really nice.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was actually an apartment. We had a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, . .everything we could need. My daughter and her husband had one room and my husband and I the other. Privacy at a great price.
