Parking is not optional so you have to valet which is 45+tax and tip an day and 40 a night resort fee. The majority of the valet were friendly but one in particular was rude and disrespectful. They expect a 5 dollar tip after every retrieval and when you don’t give it, he would slam my door and just walk away and made it a point to roll all my windows down in the Miami sun. The hotel was dirty. Our shower had hair all over the walls, the curtains were disgusting, filthy and old. Carpeted Floors stained, reeked of weed and again, their fees were outrageous. Do not recommend staying here.

The extra cost for parking was $45 which parking should be free. Was not aware of the $125 hold that was required as well when you check in. The water was not hot in the shower. The air conditioner in the room did not work. Did not offer any coffee or breakfast without cost. Would not stay at this location again! Everything cost. Just sad!
