Amazing rooms and views

The staff were very rude and not helpful. The first night the man at the front desk allowed another guest to skip me they began to speak their language. Once he finally acknowledged me he lied stating that he couldn’t give me a copy of my room key without a copy of the key. When I had my drivers license. The second day the woman at the desk was just as rude refusing hand me towels from closet. She said housekeeping would have to bring it even though I was already there because they were not answering the phone. It took housekeeping an hour to bring it. The next day I needed a luggage cart. She made me give her my drivers license to hold onto until I brought it back. The last day the lady was trying not to give me a roll of tissue. She told me that I had to wait until housekeeping gets in the next morning and they still never came. Worst experience ever. Hotel was nice but the staff were terrible.

Beautiful room and hotel.. would definitely stay again

My only two issues are that 1) security staff needs to be a little more guests friendly. 2) And everyone needs to be able to speak and understand English.

Staying at this property made for an exceptional experience, largely due to its prime location directly across from the beach, which provided effortless access to the coast. The immaculate cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was evident throughout the stay, reflecting a high standard of maintenance. What truly set the stay apart, however, was the outstanding hospitality; the staff consistently delivered friendly, attentive service that made every interaction welcoming and seamless.

Terrible host Unit was hot, the AC didn’t work

I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and made sure everything was taken care of. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The balcony view was absolutely immaculate. Defiantly one of my favorite parts of the stay! I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and comfortable hotel with excellent service.

Great clean property and friendly staff

Great room, incredible view, nice pool and gym . But the A/C didn't work at all.

After checking in on August 6, I returned with my service dog secured in a backpack and was stopped and prevented from returning to my room because of her. I ultimately had to make other arrangements for her that night. The next day, I saw larger dogs openly walking through the property and even dog treats at the front desk. Although I had been told the property was “pet free,” I was then required to obtain vaccination records from my veterinarian before being allowed to stay with my service animal. At 1:55 a.m. on August 8, the front desk called claiming my dog had been making noise for hours and told me to rush back. I left my dinner and returned, only to discover the barking/yelping dog was across the hall. Staff admitted no one had come upstairs to verify the complaint before calling me. Later, security publicly approached me at the pool and told me my “pet” was not allowed, even though she was secured in a backpack. I was embarrassed and escorted away before staff later acknowledged that my service animal WAS permitted in the pool area. I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager and was not allowed to do so. What should have been a relaxing birthday stay became stressful, humiliating, and disruptive. Staff desperately need proper service-animal training.

The staff was great, the room had a great view of the ocean, clean and full of everything thing you need. Resort fee of 35.00 plus 13% tax was a little too much. There are two pools, one facing the driveway and one on the 6th floor that did not have enough lounge chairs with umbrellas. For the amount of the resort fee (48.00 with tax a day) there should be some formal dining options on the property. The cost for parking (45.00 a day with tax) was also too much. The apartment however was beautiful.
