What a classy place to stay at. The view was amazing. I was in the King Ocean view suite and all I can say is wow. To wake up to the waves was awesome.

This is a great resort option if you want to get outside of the Miami Beach crowd. The rooms were clean and staff was always extremely courteous. The hotel is big and still felt somewhat crowded during our stay from a Sunday to Tuesday. I feel the value of room price was acceptable but the food and beverage prices were a bit extreme. I’d definitely stay here again but would probably identify more off-property dining options.

I was also charged a $500 incidental deposit for a two-night stay, which I found excessive. I paid less in incidentals at the Seminole Hard Rock Guitar Hotel for a luxury room, so I certainly did not expect a higher hold here considering the condition of the room I initially received. Parking and retrieving the car were another frustration. The waits were long, which became inconvenient every time we needed the vehicle. For a hotel presenting itself as an upscale resort, the overall experience did not match the price or expectations. I have stayed at much less expensive hotels with rooms in better condition and a smoother overall experience. At this price point, rooms should be properly inspected, maintained, and fully functional before guests are checked in, and getting your vehicle should not involve such long waits.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. HOTEL IS BEAUTIFULL, CLEAN AND CONFORTABLE. DRINK PRICES ARE VERY HIGH.

The diplomat property is very beautiful a lot of restaurants to eat from plenty of pools and bars. The only thing I was not aware of was a 750.00 incidental hold, but other than that you will have a great time there

This place is definitely worth the money. Staff were accommodating and the atmosphere was perfect. I loved the lobby decor and the fragrance in there was nothing short of amazing!

La verdad no sé si fue porque fue un fin de semana largo pero no volvería , te imaginas que por el costo tendrías al menos un habitación limpia y no fue así , el baño encontré pelos HORRIBLE , las sábanas manchadas y la verdad nada del otro mundo , yo no volvería y estén atentos que tienen fees hasta por respirar
