We were assigned a room and when we got there people were inside the room with their belongings. I had to go to reception where the manager did not even male eye contact with me while assigning another room. A poor apology was given and nothing was offered per the inconveniences. The room was outdated with the glass shower door looking dirty at the bottom. The balcony floor did nit look clean. I expect so much more from this hotel.

The resort was absolutely gorgeous. My room had a few places of cleanliness concerns. The lobby, pool and beach access were great as well as eating options broke breakfast to dinner.

Facility and staff were great, especially the valet. I was a little surprised that a thousand dollars had to be deposited from my credit card when checking in.

It was my boyfriend’s birthday weekend and I contacted the hotel and met Ashley and Whitney who made my experience so special and amazing! They were so accommodating and went above and beyond for me! The room was spacious, the food and drinks were great! The staff was friendly and helpful from the Bells Desk to the Valet attendant! I would definitely recommend and will be coming back again to this hotel.

The property was beautiful. The staff was very nice. Room was spacious and clean. The Diplomat Prime Steakhouse was very good but the property lacked restaurants and food choices. Service was also a bit slow. Thwre alsonwerent alot of lounge chairs by the pools so alrented a cabana for $750 and took 30 minutes to get our drinks each time we ordered when we were supposed to have a dedicated server and the refrigerator was broken. All in all the property was nice but I would stay somewhere where it had more restaurants and things to do.
