Shuttle service - staff Very expensive

Passable

The a/c broke the last day we were there.

Roof top bar open til midnight couldn’t sleep until after that due to loud music. Also, Valet only, unnecessary and troublesome would have avoided that if I had knew going in. Continental breakfast not edible.

Alot of people complained of how noisy the hotel was but I didn't experience that at all. I had a great time and the staff was friendly and nice. However I didn't stay on a weekend but I was very comfortable.

Right across from the hard rock with free shuttle, you can’t beat it. We booked a room w a view of the guitar and it was beautiful

Would be nice to have an outside courtyard to sit in. On my access is roof top pool. Walking distance to casino. Free shuttle

Location Fee a bit high to park

This was a great hotel and great location. We are season ticket holders. And we now will continue to patronize this hotel. Clean and beautiful. It was quiet this weekend due to the holiday but I can’t wait to experience the resturant next time.

Food quality was below average

Very convenient location for concerts at Hard Rock. They have shuttle but also short walk. Very nice rooms. Big showers, comfortable beds

Restaurant at hotel was closed, not expected to open for another week, No food or beverages. Front desk said pool closed at 5pm, not good. Also did not expect no parking available, only valet parking at 40$ a day. So there's resort fees of 70$, What does it cover, not parking, not food or beverage availabilities and pool with limited timed to use, shuttle service to Hard Rock Casino is only limited as well, had to drive over due to employee breaks. Would not recommend hotel for anyone.

The pool closed way too early, and they make you pay $40 a night to park in the parking lot of the hotel, which is conveniently valet only. The fact that I could not just access my car when I needed to at any given time was gross and made me feel very unsafe, and my wallet was abused in the process.

The place is beautiful and clean but we had the worse customer service ever! At check in there was no one at the front t desk and had to wait for the staff to come from McDonald. Instructions where so confusing and the room door didn’t work.

Dolce is a hidden gem. From check-in, throughout my stay, until check-out, the staff made my stay an effortless success. The property is well maintained and the rooms are updated, cute and cozy. The constant shuttle to/from the Hardrock casino was a plus and breakfast im the morning was a hit after a night out. The pricing for our stay was reasonable. Please note: Valet is mandatory, for a flat fee of $40. In the end, I would absolutely plan another stay here.

Very close to Hard Rock and they had a shuttle. It was also close to a McDonald’s, which is the only “food” you are going to get since their restaurant wasn’t open. Prices were jacked WAY UP…room was NOT a $600/night room. Free Breakfast was garbage. Food was cold, breakfast area was very narrow and awkward. People were trying to check out with their luggage and people were standing in line to get food, really dumb set up. Why didn’t they use the restaurant upstairs for breakfast?

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. It was great that their was a shuttle which took us and brought us back to our concert accross the street. The pool did not have any umbrellas for shade and only a few lounges. The restaurant by the pool opened at 10pm which is too late for dinner. The breakfast was ok. The location, the size of bathroom, the staff was great The pool closes at 530, we checked in at 330 grabbed a bite to eat and the pool was closed.
