I ENJOY MY TIME HERE, THE HOTEL SMELLS SO GOOD, CLEAN, THE ROOFTOP POOL AND THE VIEW WAS EVERYTHING. HAD THE BEST MOCKTAIL DRINK, BARTENDER WAS COOL. The breakfast was good it was cold tho, love the Mango juice, I went early the next day and the breakfast was warm. The fruits was sweet. And I also I had coconut macaroon. Oh the bathroom was nice too. Love the sitting area by the elevator. I'll book again in the future.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The manager upgraded us, gave us a beautiful room with a balcony. You could see the Hard Rock Casino guitar at night it was spectacular the view. Thank you! The only thing the breakfast had no type of meat, my husband was not happy with that. But, overall excellent.

Best part is distance to casino. Free breakfast was good. Pleasant surprise. Not happy with Roof pool that you have to access by walking through restaurant. And no hot tun.

Stay was good, Hotel is nice and has a nice pool on the roof, the Lou gong area only has 4 laying beds so you better hurry up and get there because if you’re not the first 4 you’re not getting a chair. Hotel was also very dirty but they didn’t hesitate charging the hotel fee that’s double the compared rates, also requested to clean the sheets and the outside balcony that was filled with cigarette butts and other butts.

Room 519 has peeling ceiling paint in the shower, a missing sprayer in the shower head, and a hole in the laminate flooring near the bed. There was no warning that the rooftop bar and pool would be closed on Friday evening for religious reasons when booking through Expedia, and no meat for breakfast. The room was clean and quiet, and the parking attendants were very careful with my car though. Not worth ~$850 per night.

Staff were excellent and shuttle driver to casino and back was a star. Couldn't really find fault with the hotel. Maybe slightly larger bottles of water given the heat? But I would be nit picking. Nothing, all was fine

Shuttle to the Casino doesn’t run after midnight. It was Friday night no shuttle. The hotel needs to get their stories straight we were told from several employees that the shuttle ran until 2:30 am. Not an easy walk at 1:30 in the morning. Will stay somewhere else and I’ll drive from an offsite hotel. The onky reason we used this hotel is because of the shuttle.

It's a beautiful property, well kept.High end comforts.The rooftop bar and restaurant was so awesome to visit. The only problem for us was, we are in our 60's, we no longer party all night. The rooftop bar plays very loud music until 1am. They do provide ear plugs in the rooms, however they didn't block out they vibration from the loud the music. We were on level 5, which was two floors under the rooftop bar. This would be so fun in our 20's, but for retired traveling couples this is probably not the best option for a night of peaceful rest. But again a very clean, upscale hotel.
