The rooms and location are great. However, the air-conditioning is loud and did not work. The roof top bar/restaurant floods after rain, and the staff very dismissive. The breakfast spread was good, but missed out on the omelet station as staff did not set up.

The view was spectacular, everyone was professional & welcoming. Only thing was apparently there was a party/function in the pool area so for the entire evening we were unable to use the pool area or amenities. I felt like I missed out on the rooftop pool experience.

I loved that it was an easy transition from reserving your room (which was beautiful, comfortable, and clean), to the valet parking, from having the shuttle bus pick you up and drop you to the hard rock hotel, and the amazing restaurant/pool was phenomenal. We had a great time and I would definitely recommend it.

Clean room and great breakfast

This level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially at this price point. Guests should never have to worry about pests in their room or where they sleep. I hope management takes this seriously and improves its housekeeping and quality control. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying

Super cute and very aesthetically pleasing, room nice and clean. The hotel has cute pic moments. Breakfast was hot, and shuttle to hardrock casino every 10 min run till midnight. The rooftop restaurant G7 was a great vibe!! Def a great stay!

Let’s start with the fact that the photos in the advertisements bear no resemblance to reality; the room was dirty, and the bathroom was sticky and clearly filthy—it has shiny black tiles, but they certainly weren't shining due to the layer of grime. You simply cannot sleep in rooms ending in 02 through 06 on any floor because the noise of the mechannical room; I was in room 602,right next to the mechanical room and the noise from the generator or air conditioning unit was terrible. In my photos, I show the sign providing earplugs that they put up because they know about the problem, yet they blame the city—it’s pathetic. The breakfast is horrible, and the breakfast area is tiny. There is no self-parking; you have to use the valet service. On that note, I have to say the valet staff are 5-star—the guys are wonderful. They were the only highlight of the hotel; everything else was fake, dirty, or plagued by unbearable noise. Horrible experience

Nothing was opened. I was charged $90 for valet. The front staff was incredibly rude. The valet took over 15 minutes to get my car and when I asked I was met with an eye roll. The restaurant wasn’t opened and I was told it was. It was extremely loud. The hotel room was extremely dirty. I would never recommend this terrible hotel to another person.

The beds were very soft, and the pillows were thick, hard, and offered poor neck support. I ended up folding bath towels to use as a pillow. Breakfast was served in a very small lobby, which became crowded. Also, be aware that the hotel only offers valet parking for $40 per night. The biggest issue was the valet service and the manager's response. The next morning, after leaving the hotel, I realized both of my side mirrors had been adjusted to point completely at the ground. At first I thought they had simply been folded in while parking, but it was obvious they had been intentionally moved far beyond a normal adjustment. I nearly got into an accident before realizing I couldn't see the traffic around me. I called the hotel to report what happened. The manager, Kathy (or Kathie), showed no concern and immediately blamed me for driving away without checking my mirrors. I wasn't looking for compensation—just an explanation and a little empathy. Instead, I was met with rudeness , alot of RUDENESS and zero accountability. My advice: skip the $40 valet. Park for free overnight at the across the street at Hard Rock Casino instead. Don't trust them with your car!

This was a terrible experience because I ended up spending so much money having to rebook another hotel. Yes, the hotel did give me a full reimbursement, but it kind of ruined my vacation and I had to take Uber to my dentist from a very far location and the reason that we ended up leaving is because basically we were kicked out of the pool stating there was a private party so they reimbursed me for that, but I would never book again with this hotel.

Room stink like old cigarettes and the rooftop bar was impossible to get into- so the “gift certificate “ was useless

The breakfast was nice touch. Rooms were very clean and well kept.

I’ve stayed there several times and I generally don’t have time to use any of the amenities however, I arranged my travel schedule so that I could be able to enjoy the restaurant, the pool and the restaurant but none of these amenities were available. The pool wasn’t available at night and there was no bar service available. The woman on staff at the front desk was abrasive.
