The rooms were big. I enjoyed the buffet, close proximity to airport.

Proximity of the concert we attemded The beds are trashed, floor wasn't clean when we checked into the room. For $1100.00 this was so over priced.

Great location. Friendly staff. Spacious room. Plenty of amenities. Parking was quite the hassle. I wish parking instructions were a little more clean

Truly an awful experience. Stayed at this hotel because I was presenting at a work conference there. There was no running water in the morning for me to shower before the conference because there was a water leak the night before. I was offered a ridiculous 20% discount. I was also awaken in the middle of the night by my bed moving with me only to realize that the guests on the other side of the drywall were doing you-know-what, the impacts of which could be felt through the drywall and were moving my bed as well. Never staying again.

I really enjoyed this property and it was very helpful that our big party event at the property. I wish I could have stayed longer.

I didn’t like that some of the amenities were out of order. Also, didn’t have a very good experience with the hostess at Bae restaurant.

Bed was sooo slanted like a 500 man sat in it for a year thank god for the pillows to level out half and this is why we also get two beds for wife and I Many other things that makes me say fly to Vegas baby! For gambling not bad clean and nice people lots of options for slots and black jack and other games

The pool was closed for repairs. We were unaware. The Lagoon by the Guitar was also closed for repair. Again, we were unaware. I also didn't like that the elevator in the North Seminole Tower had all floors open. Meaning your hotel key card was not needed to grant access to your floor. I think that is a safety issue. They should make the key card access mandatory.
