Everything Good

My family and I have stayed here several times before and this was by far our worst experience. My husband loves to gamble on the Casino while me and the family love to enjoy the restaurants, pool and Rick spa. It rained for an hour so they decided to close the pool for the rest of the day. Why would you charge me a resort fee if you close the amenity? The entire family was disappointed because it stopped raining and the was real reason for the pool to still be closed ( both pools). In the the morning we were all awakened by the loud banging of construction being done to renovate on the floor above us? Why would you sell these rooms while you are renovating? It makes no sense. The banging and drilling was loud and horrible. Hard Rock you have to do better.

We were woken up by blaring fire alarm drills at 9 am…. THREE DAYS IN A ROW!!! Once was understandable but 3 days is ridiculous. Especially after spending almost $1,000 per night…. So not worth it. We will not be coming back.

I got quoted a price for a massage over the phone, when I got there it was a different price.

Loved the theming of the hotel and the little touches in the room.

Casino was great! Room was clean, bed was very comfortable! Food was great!

The property is very much pet friendly, I saw too many dogs in the property which was a turn off !!! There was a homeless man with a bulldog in a leash that he could barely control … dog poop by the waterfalls.. It was entirely too many dogs for me !! I am not going to spend that kind of money for a room and entire time overwhelmed by animals .

Especially great for attending a concert. Super convenient. Stayed for the weekend of the Disturbed concert and staff throughout hotel restaurants stops and pool were really helpful and chilled out. All the memorabilia and fun guitar light show made the stay even more special. Super close to the airport also.

They don't clean restrooms well.

Room was clean. Bed was not very comfortable and pillows way too soft. Girl at check in was supposed to call and text when room was ready. Never did!

Pool is great, restaurants good I recommend the buffet rest.

Service on the room was not provided, when requested towels to be delivered, it never came. Zero customer service satisfaction
