The staff is very welcoming since you arrive at valet until you are ready to leave.

Very beautiful casino, nice room unfortunately they were doing construction and it was very loud in the room. But other than that will definitely be coming back!

The room was nice, but described in Expedia as having 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, but there was no sofa nor sofa bed there. We did enjoy the buffet.

They didn't have a 2 bdrm available at check in, so upgraded us to a suite and promised a roll away that was never delivered. Also vallet was no where to be found in the evening.

Rooms are clean and large. Good access to casino and nearby events at Hard Rock Stadium. Useful shuttle to stadium events for World Cup.

the hotel staff was fine. the smoke filled lobby was awful. people everywhere smoking. I will not be back.

We had an excellent experience overall. As a non-smoker, I did notice the smell of tobacco occasionally. Everything else was outstanding—the hotel, amenities, atmosphere, and service were amazing. It’s a fantastic place to stay and enjoy the 2026 World Cup. Highly recommended!

I loved absolutely everything about our stay except for one thing. The sales people at the makeup store. I would not advise you walk through the shopping mall section unless you want to be continuously harassed by the women at the cosmetics store. I did not even enter this store. She literally came out of the store, repeatedly saying ma'am. She chased after me down the hall of the mall area and then without my consent wiped a bunch of under eye cream on my face ruining my makeup. I was on my way to dinner and I was so shocked I could not even speak. Who does that?! It literally ruined not only my makeup but my night. Management needs to have a serious discussion with these people.
