Staff is very helpful and attentive. Beautiful property.

The resort was beautiful! Very nice and the pool was awesome! The room was sub-par. I had higher expectations due to the cost and the "vegas-style" ammenities. The a/c leaked so a patch of the carpet was wet. Bathroom smelled like old urine. Bed spread and pillows were not super comfortable or high thread count, felt cheap. The location around the resort was sketchy. You didnt want to leave the resort and walk around, very bad part of town but if you drove, there were many shopping malls in the area nearby. Besides that, everything else was great!

That one was open, we ordered, the lady answered questions about what some of the bakery items were, I ordered a decaf latte and checked with her 3 times that she knew I wanted a decaf latte because it was showing on the screen as just a decaf coffee - she said yes. We got our coffee and cookies and the decaf was not a latte so uad to get that changed and the white choc chip cookie didn't exist - it was peanut butter. She did not know what she was doing but continued to just answer "yes." We got into our room to find the patio door to the balcony was open and when we tried to close it it wouldn't close and lock. Tried to call down to reception but the phone did not work! All the way back down to reception with our bags to be given a new room - and the balcony door locked 😁 Room was fine, clean, could do with a little updating but fine. We were there for a concert so it was really convenient to be able to walk downstairs and then not have to travel when it was over. The thing we hated is that you have to walk through the casino to get everywhere and its all smoking except for one non smoking slot room - to us it should be the other way around. Not a fan of the casino environment at all. Pool areas were nice!

Very clean very helpful staff. Highly recommend for a long weekend or just to get away. Amazing pool areas and the slots are fun.

One of the security staff harassed my wife on verifying if she was a guest after multiple times coming and going plus several other people were not treated the nor were they stopping people on a regular basis the hotel was advertised on being in Hollywood Florida but it actually is on the outskirts in a city called Davies and there is no beach walk close by the hotel and casino is the only attraction nothing else going on outside

Everything
-
The large paddle boarding pool was closed and empty. We came for this feature and it was disappointing that we were not told this prior to booking. It is not stated anywhere. Two of the four water wall features were not working either. Just feels a little tired all around.
-
The water would not drain so we had to forget about taking showered before the Concert & gambling It was not the greatest outcome Thanks Patrick

I stayed with my husband and 2 elderly in-laws. I asked for a late check out the morning of check out and I was easily granted a late check out of 12:30pm. The entire staff including the pool area were amazing.
