The room next to me was so loud in the middle of the night. I contacted front desk and they did absolutely nothing. Horrible customer service. I would’ve not paid this 5 star service price for the 3 star service I received…

We love seeing a concert, and then being able to go right up to the room instead of fighting all the traffic out of there. 10/10 would do it again!

As much as I wanted to love our stay here it was unfortunate for our service at the end. Was told we would be able to use the showers after the pool but unfortunately were denied since we had checked out that morning. Was told conflicting information by multiple staff. Despite spending our check out day at the pool and running a $500 tab al with the intention to stay at the casino we were unable to get a “complimentary day pass” to appease to the spa staff in order to get a 5 min shower. I don’t understand why we are able to use a pool for the day but unable to shower without spending an additional $150 despite being told otherwise initially.

Our room was great. King overlooking pool on 12th floor. All clean. Friendly staff. Ate at Kuro & Council Oak. Delicious fare. Had tickets to Josh Groben show. It was wonderful. He had the audience in love. Great weekend for our 57th Anniversary.

Excelente experiencia en el Guitar Hotel del Hard Rock. El ambiente estuvo espectacular, la organización fue muy buena y el lugar es impresionante, especialmente de noche con las luces del hotel. La música, la energía y el servicio hicieron que fuera una noche muy divertida. Definitivamente volvería para otro evento.
