The Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock

Atmoshere was nice - facilities were good - clean We were kept up the entire night from 11pm until 615am We complained to the front desk, and we even went to the front desk because it was my wife's birthday. The entire experience was ruined by the room in front of us banging on the walls, fighting, yelling, screaming, and blasting music. It took days to hear back from customer care, and they gave me a lousy 99$ credit. I requested reimbursement for the entire evening because your security did nothing to preserve our quiet evening.

One thing I didn’t like was Every morning around 10 am they tested smoke detectors, there’s a guy announcing really loud a few words for two times woke up everyone.

PS my husband loved the elevators. He said they were easy & fast.

My family and I showed up to check in for our hotel reservation at 6:30 pm (check in starts at 4 pm), and our room was not available for check in until 6:50 pm. We had bought tickets for a live event in the building that started at 7 pm. No accountability was shown by the check in staff, no compensation, no apologies. For about $700 dollars a night, this was by far the most disappointing experience I have endured. Really a shame. Manager did not show face at the check in counter despite requests.

The pool area was completely full, with no seating available anywhere, and the main pool was closed. That pushed every guest into one overcrowded space, creating real safety risk: children jumping and swimming right on top of adults and elderly guests with limited mobility. We witnessed several near-accidents. This is a capacity and safety management failure, not a minor inconvenience. At dinner, every restaurant was full and the hotel offered no alternative. We ended the night eating a cold, poor-quality hot dog, and my wife became ill with indigestion afterward. For a resort at this price point, a guest being unable to get a decent meal is unacceptable. At check-out, the valet left my car parked with the door open in the rain. The entire interior was soaked. No explanation, no apology, no action taken. The Hard Rock markets itself as a luxury experience and charges accordingly. What we received was negligence from arrival to departure: untrained staff, false information at check-in, an unsafe and overcrowded pool area, no food options, and damage to my vehicle on the way

I love all in this hotel since I get to the hotel I fill like a king in a palace the free parking the waterfalls in the entrance all kinds of swimming pools the Casino and the lights show on the building at night wow!!! Why i need to add money for all Cabins in the swimming pools???

We likes that we could attend the show and that there were restaurants to choose from. The bed was very comfortable. We don't gamble but for people that do would obviously love the casino. I loved all the rock and roll memorabilia. It is a bit pricey to stay here.
