Good enough for a one night stay

I made the mistake of booking a place in Waikiki and regretted it immensely, so I was fortunate to be able to get a room here for my last night there. The staff was welcoming and respectful, with a sense of humor. The room was clean and comfortable and I slept well. I also like that it's a smaller property in a not so busy area.

My bathroom tub/shower was decrepit because the water didn’t drain and the water handle was stuck in place and I had to use all my strength to turn it on because it was corroded and neglected. That was not good at all.

Ants. We left some leftover food on table when we went some where. When we got back the ants were everywhere in the food. Had to throw it away outside.

Staff was helpful and customer was top tier. Cleaned every corner of the suite I was staying in. always would recommend staying at Airport Honolulu Hotel.

Everything is there you need for short stay or you looking for a one night due if your flight is delayed they have shuttle you don’t need to rent a car.

The front desk and dining staff super friendly and very helpful. Had everything we needed for a comfortable quick stopover between flights. Location and free shuttle back to airport was great. Would highly recommend.

Walls are thin so you might here doors slamming and cars going by

Literally payed everything online and confirmed it with them before I arrived and when I did , they told me to pay even after I showed them my receipt paying online. Took a while until they got back to me saying they’ve resolved everything and i was right smh.

Hotel was comfy and the live music at the Shark’s Den was so relaxing

The hotel was clean and the pool was great! The staff were amazing! The restaurant must have been low on staff and food was slow to come, but was really nice. I would stay here again because of the convenience to the airport and the shuttle service.

You have to pay for parking if you rent a car which is 44 dollars which is crazy the beds are not comfortable at all and they don’t clean your room every day

this hotel is a disaster. do not stay here. First of all, they scam you with a large parking fee which is not disclosed or advertised when you book the hotel. There are absolutely no other parking options within a mile. They likely make more money off of the parking then they do the hotel. The hotel itself was disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE

It was okay

​I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Our experience was awful from start to finish. ​First, the room charges are incredibly misleading. We were hit with "amenity fees" that supposedly covered things like bottled water, the pool, and a "free" shuttle. To make matters worse, management failed to mention they were hosting a massive party the night we stayed. Incredibly loud music blasted through the entire hotel, keeping everyone awake until 10:30 PM. ​The physical state of the property is entirely run-down. The carpets and bed sheets felt completely gross, and the pillows were terrible. ​The breaking point, however, was the severe lack of pest control. We woke up to find cockroaches all over our room and scattered throughout the hallways. While we understand that Hawaii is a tropical climate and insects exist, this level of infestation was excessive and entirely unacceptable for a hospitality business. ​Save your money and peace of mind—look for accommodation elsewhere.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There have a restaurant in the hotel. Otherwise there is about a 7 minute walk to a Pizza place.

Very clean hotel near the airport offering free shuttle service, a wonderful restaurant and very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Only thing I could not complain is the location, everything else is nit timeshare standard. Bring your shampoo conditioner and shower gel with you this place does not provide and local ABC asymptote charges very high price.
