Airport Honolulu Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

I liked that the property was close to the airport. We did not have a lot of airport or road noise that was a bonus. The pillows were like squares of cardboard so not very comfortable. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant waitress was rude and literally rolled her eyes and huffed at you if you asked for anything. It would have also been nice to have a coffee carafe or something in the lobby for guests when we arrive or before and after the restaurant was opened. Like if we needed to go down into the lobby. The experience with the restaurant was not welcoming ,so you did not want to go in there and ask for just a coffee, the waitress demeanor was that you were an inconvenience. This stay was at the end of a 3 week vacation, we were tired and had, had excellent experiences up until the restaurant. No photo op with that staff person. 🤣🌴✈️

Great place to stay if needing to catch an early morning flight.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the property was run down and the breakfast included was a takeaway breakfast. I expect more for what I paid.

Would definitely recommend for staying while in Honolulu!

Location and shuttle service. Pool was nice. Our room (bathroom) was not very lean. Beds uncomfortable. Coffee very week and to-go breakfast gave no refills on coffee. Dinner at restaurant was horrible. Cocktail was three sips and $15.00. Worst martini ever!

We stayed here over night before our flight back home. We loved the pool and restaurant had excellent Ahi Tuna nachos. We enjoyed the karaoke. The beds were comfortable. Only downside was all the demand TV required a fee.

Air Conditioner in our room was sooo loud and noisy! We couldn't sleep. Beds were cheap uncomfortable matresses. Room was an extremely long walk from the front desk. Two old ladies hauling luggage down carpeted hallways, across a road into another building was too much!

The hotel was amazing & minutes away from the Honolulu Airport. They provided free shuttle service to & from the airport, staff was very friendly & accommodating, conveniently located for easy access to shopping, rooms were quiet & clean, we were able to get a great affordable deal on a last minute stay. We give the Airport Honolulu Hotel a thumbs up!

Just a great place to stay

20 years ago. The amenities were non- existent. No safe, no Kleenex, etc. I had to turn off the A.C. because it kept going on and off and was noisy.
