The Asian restaurant was great.

Always great to stay here.

It would be a better experience if when I was about to check out I was a cockroach crawl on my shoe and freak me out

The hotel is very old and dilapidated. And she barely worked. Shower area looks filthy. Probably just old. Dried whole entire hotel was very rundown. Hard to tell if it’s clean or not. Staff was very helpful though.

Won't use this hotel again. The shuttle service worked well and the tenders in the bar were nice, that's the good points. Place is really run down and didn't feel comfortable. Our room was by the car park next to the monorail with announcements through the night with lots of noise. Had to switch off the air-conditioning as it was extremely noisy and couldn't leave the fan on without the light being on.

Staff were rude and one woman was horrible.

My second stay here. The staff is excellent, the bar and restaurant are on site, reasonably priced and very generous.

Clean room

Room smelled of mold, fruit flies flying about, door had been pushed in on the bottom creating a large space under the door. The window bled alot of light, I had to hang up the bed sheet to use to block out light from the window. The AC and ventilation had not been cleaned in quite a while. The room keys seemed to give out quite easily if anything else of importance was in the same pocket as it. Room did not feel clean and welcoming.

I did not see the humor in the situation as I had to look for an additional place to feed my family at 930 pm Could have been more professional

The rooms have quite a sense of humor, too. They're still going with twin beds, creating a great challenge for you and your significant other to figure out how to fit comfortably. The doors have peepholes, but you can easily tell who's there by simply looking through the gap between the door and the frame. No need to double-check. The bathroom, surprisingly, did work. Was it clean? No. Your feet take on a rather interesting color after walking through it. Luckily, we had an early flight, so we didn't have to pretend to sleep for long while listening to trains, buses, and the 4:00 a.m. dumpster pickup. We got one more shock after we returned home. My mother realized she had left her San Francisco hoodie in the room. When she contacted the hotel and offered to pay to have it shipped back, they informed her they don't ship forgotten items. Apparently, $665 for a couple of rooms wasn't enough- they also needed a heck of a nice sweater.

Location was great and convenient, we had buses and train at the corner, the room was clean and comfortable, no breakfast, just coffee but it was good. Love the airport transportation. The night clerk was not very nice. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Nice service

This is a 2 star hotel at best. It is old and worn and in a desperate need of renovation. Sockets hanging of the walls, furniture all dented and scratched the a/c unit in the room so loud that you can not have it on and get a good night sleep. The corridors are all dirty and look very unkept and uncared for. I would not want to dip my toe in that pool either.....Make sure also that you clarify with the reception about the airport shuttle times as one person tells you one thing, the next one something else. The bar was reasonably priced and the firepit on the courtyard very cozy. That's all this hotel had going for it. The reception staff were all very tired of life but the young guy behind the bar was lovely.
