Best Western The Plaza Hotel Honolulu Airport - Free Breakfast

Okay for a quick night sleep after a late incoming flight. Staff was cheerful, helpful and very kind. Hotel was very, very, very dated-think 1975 but the rooms were clean.

A bit older but everything worked fine and had a good breakfast. Airport shuttle runs once an hour so plan accordingly. Good option for travelers.

Next time if you book your stay, call the facility (Best Western) directly if you are active duty because they will give you a discount on parking.

The location of the property was the biggest plus. However, it’s an older property and the carpets need to be changed.

It was as expected for the price

Front desk lady was extremely rude!!!! Did not set well for the beginning of our first Hawai'i trip ever!

Close to a lot of places. The room we got was separated from the main hotel building, it was a motel type, no elevator, and the air conditioning unit was old and very loud, not to mention the loudness of the cars from the freeway. Parking was also pricey.

Room was clean and bedding comfortable. Staff was always helpful. Breakfast was mediocre: powdered eggs, sausage not the healthiest, muffins store bought not fresh. Overall not the best. Location next to freeway; could hear traffic noise but that’s what happens when you are at an airport hotel. TV was the worse with no cable unless you cast your own device; instructions were a little confusing.

Absolutely amazing staff, everything was nice and clean. Had an issue with one of the sink faucets and it was fixed really quickly so was not even an inconvenience at all. Check in and check out went smooth. Again, aside from the hotel being clean, the real highlight was the employees, very welcoming and friendly. 10/10 stay.

The facility was older and needed a facelift. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Good location near airport Arrived and requested shuttle from airport. Did not turn up and after waiting for 30 mins and ended up walking to the hotel. Staff on arrival not user friendly and although breakfast was included did not start until 7am. Other hotels start at 5am.

Room 114 needs new door hardware and security safety latch.

My staying in Best western hotel it was super nice the staff was friendly and helpful, the villa was perfectly clean but… unit 132 patio sliding glass door it is hard to open and close, the shower it has a good water pressure when is coming out of spout but I think the shower head needs to be change because water pressure is low when we change from spout to shower head and tv Chromecast even when we call maintenance we wasn’t able to watch any of my apps on tv. Minor things, not a big deal but it would be cool to fix those things for further visits

Hotel itself is fine. Best western. You know what you’re booking. The thorn about this property is they charge paying guests for parking. It’s a ridiculous price per night to park. You have no options due to location to park , so you have to pay their fee if you have a vehicle. Outside of the parking ripoff, the hotel is exactly what you would expect from any Best western. It is noisy from highway but honestly it’s not that bothersome. It’s the parking fee per night for me. Add the parking fee and price per night and you can score better accommodations on the beach. Room was clean , pillows were good. Excellent water pressure in shower.

It was exactly as advertised.
