Clean and big room
-
Some staff members are nice. The place need an update for improvement.

I tried to work with Expedia to move to another hotel, the property felt unsafe. My room was dirty. I sent them pictures and they still did not refund my money.

Free breakfast and free airport shuttle is a big plus. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. ATM in lobby along with a business center. Rooms are clean and spacious. Highly recommend!!

Breakfast few choices, room old/ smelled moldy/ old furniture

Walking distance to airport. Shuttle is convenient. Parking is good.
-
It is a good place to stay.
-
Very noisy old property right next to the freeway. Courtesy bus is a joke at once per hour. The included breakfast is 7am to 9am which is the time most people depart. It served its purpose as I needed some where to stop overnight for an early flight. Next time I would go into town

poor customer service

The staff was amazing, especially at the girls at the front desk. They went above and beyond to make everything perfect they were always there 24 seven working hard. This company is lucky to have employees like the girls that work at the front desk.

We arrived late from the hospital looking for a good night’s sleep. We were shocked by the cost of parking.
-
friendly, helpful staff AC was "leaking" room light switch too far away from the entrance door
-
Thankfully the staff is nice and the breakfast is good, otherwise I wouldn't book here again.

I was expecting some noise from the airport and/or freeway however I dropped off my luggage early in the morning, and I had requested away from the elevator, away from the freeway and the highest floor. When we came back late at night, we had the lowest room, literally next to the freeway and the elevator. At that point, my wife was exhausted and already had gotten into the bed so we weren’t gonna move our things around, I will say, though the staff was not given a chance to fix it since we just decided to deal with it, but I’m not sure why after so many times requesting the opposite of these features and so early in person I recent the exact things I didn’t want.
-
It’s not disgusting or dirty necessarily, but the cost of stay for the value of what you get just doesn’t align.
-
I paid for a room on Expedia which did not say Courtyard, because I was avoiding the courtyard due to how much luggage we had. But i was told at front desk that I paid for a Courtyard room. Please fix your ads on Expedia so it matches what you currently have available. My family and I always stay here when we come to Honolulu and this is the first time this has happened.

Breakfast, all high fat triglycerides unhealthy food. If you're a diabetic, all foods were laced with sugar. Even the yogurt was high fat full of sugar. Blue berries and strawberries soaked in oranges and pineapple, sugar sugar sugar. Eggs ham high saturated fats, potatoes carbs, sugar. Waffles, pure sugar. White bread, sugar. From a obesity, heart healty, diabetic, stand point, horrible Breakfast. Coffee was the only none lethal heath product available. Egg whites, rye- pumpernickle breads, strawberries, blueberries, apricots, plums, nonfat- sugar free yogurts, almond milk, plant base sausage, bacon, SHOULD BE a requirement offer food. Section by its self. Advertise it market it your hotel business will go through the roof. Room, my room was to cold, sheets were top covering. I wore my clothes to get adequate sleep. Being along a major highway, my room next to this,it was like sleeping on a tennis court with the ball being hit a 100 times a second. Car tires hitting the road markers popping, pop pop pop pop all night long, I had to bring out the ear plugs. TV poor, limited movies, or had to pay for them. NOT INTERESTED in paying for garbage movies. Bad stay there. Hotel transportation, great, hotel personal, great, house keepers, fantastic. Surrounding restaurants terrible, horrible food. Very limited, 2 restaurants, not good. You asked me, these are my position from my stay are this location.

Second floor walkup not conducive to older person with luggage. Not even half of one roll of toilet paper on the dispenser and upon looking for refill found none. Tissue holder had three pieces of tissue in it. Fortunately as an avid traveler, I always carry a spare roll of toilet paper. Room was spacious, however there was a suspiciously large stain about 3x4’ in diameter on the brown carpet just inside the front door. Free breakfast was a plus and staff helpful when assistance was required.

I chose this hotel as a convenient stopover accommodation on the way to Australia. I was disappointed that the pool had minimal hours and was closed in the evening and early morning. So I was unable to use it. I chose the hotel because it had a pool and I wanted to be able to use it to relax after one long flight and before another long flight. I wish they had listed their minimal pool hours (9 am until sunset) on their website. I would not have chosen this hotel if they had listed the pool hours. Also, this hotel does not live up to the quality standards that I’ve come to expect from the Best Western brand. I know that Best Western is a lower end brand, but this particular hotel was even lower than that. The hallways and room were very tired looking, and I could see that there was a lot of maintenance that was needed and overdue. For example, the tub was rusty in several places and was actually bulging from the rust in some places. The water pressure was mediocre. The breakfast was edible but some of the “hot” food was actually lukewarm. The turkey sausages were fairly cold which worried me from a food safety perspective. Also, the shuttle to the airport only runs once an hour, which is not very convenient. Most other airport hotels have shuttles that run every 15 to 20 minutes. Not this one. It seems like this hotel was not even trying to provide a good experience. The only positive thing was that the bed was comfortable, and that was my main reason for staying there.
