Best Western has always been my home away from home in Hawaii. Staff are so professional, rooms are clean and up to par! Our family loves staying at the Best Western Plaza location! Superb!!!

Had only one working elevator which was an issue. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The elevator was broken and we had to wait for an extended time for the only elevator. Qe booked a king size bed but they told us they only had those on the 2nd floor with no elevator and we had to much luggage to take up a flight of stairs so she moved us to a room with 2 double beds we got no sleep bed was to small. It wasnt a full breakfast it was sub par.

Positive: Bed was comfy. Minimal free breakfast. Negative: No restaurant or bar. Industrial area with no other restaurants in sight. Noisy. Although I planned to stay 3 days prior to a cruise, I moved out the next morning. Desk clerk was understanding.

The only reason I didn't give less is the staff was kind. One of two elevators is broken (has been for 2 months). So it was difficult getting up and down from the 9th floor. I had to climb 9 floors at one point. Breakfast is free but is is mayhem. Really poor behavior by mostly tourists and some locals. Like so bad I skipped it one day because the hassle of the elevator and behavior just wasn't worth eating. The hotel needs to advise anyone before booking about the elevator situation. I felt bad for the staff because there is no service elevator so they also have to share the only working elevator.

Location was convenient to the airport. The room was fine. One elevator was not working so you had to wait a long time. The breakfast was only adequate.

Location, staff cleanliness 1 of the elevators was out of order. Made waiting and loading uncomfortable

Fairly old place, was clean. Breakfast ok only one elevator worked! Water either turned ice cold or Hott in middle of shower taking!
